The promoter of this Competition (“Promoter”) is Grampians Tourism (ABN 98 871 224 218), located at 277 Grampians Rd, Halls Gap VIC 3381. (03) 5356 4865.
Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Participation in the Grampians Grape Escape Weekend Getaway (Competition”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the sweepstakes page located at
https://rb.gy/f7qbxh and who are 18+ and have a current drivers license as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), or agencies or companies associated with or connected to the provision of the Competition in any way, are ineligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Grampians Tourism, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Competition commences at 12:00pm (AEDST) on Wednesday 6th March 2024 and closes at 12:00pm (AEDST) on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 (“Competition Period”). The Competition will comprise of a game of chance and the selection of the Winner will be by random draw by Grampians Tourism.
Entries must be received within the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstakes site, located at [URL to sweepstakes]. The entry must fulfil all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Grampians Tourism. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Grampians Tourism.

The Winners will be notified via email on Thursday 4th April 2024.
The Winner will receive the prize via the prize provider.
5. Prizes: The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,560.
The Prize is to be redeemed on 3-5 May 2024 during the Grampians Grape Escape weekend.

·You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Grampians Tourism. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Grampians Tourism. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Grampians Tourism to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
It is the responsibility of the Winners of the competition to cover the costs of any additional out-of-pocket expenses associated with redeeming this prize over and above packaging and delivery.
When contacted the Winners will be required to further confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions by response. Prizes will be issued to the Winner in accordance with these conditions and subject to such confirmation.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner fails to respond to Grampians Tourism’s email by 16:00 (AEDST) Wednesday 10th April 2024 the Promoter will reserve the right to select an alternative Winner for each prize.
In the instance of Grampians Grape Escape Festival being canceled in 2024, the value of the prize package will be provided in wine, accommodation and experiences from the region at an agreed period of time between Grampians Tourism and the Winner.
Prizes are to be redeemed on the dates included above unless otherwise stated.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes by 16:00 Thursday 4th April 2024 following the winner selection. Grampians Tourism shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in his Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms: Grampians Tourism reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
