Simply spend $50 at participating food retailers, pick up an entry passport and collect one stamp for every $10 spent. Place your passport into the barrel outside Flight Centre to go into the weekly draw.
Terms & Conditions: Promotional period commences Wednesday 7 February, with the seven weekly prize draws from 14 February until Wednesday 27 March. To participate, entries must include 5 x $10 stamps from participating Toormina Gardens retailers (excludes Coles and Woolworths). Completed entry forms must be placed in the entry box by 10am each Wednesday throughout the giveaway period. Weekly prize consists of a $500 voucher at Toormina Gardens. Winners will be notified via phone/email and vouchers to be collected from Centre Management. Total prize pool $3500.

TOORMINA GARDENS - FOOD PASSPORT STAMP & WIN (GIVEAWAY)
1 Introduction
1.1 Participation in this Promotion and information regarding redemption of any prize’s forms part of
these terms and conditions.
1.2 By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand,
and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2 Promotional Period
2.1 This promotion commences 9:00am (AEDST) Wednesday 7 February 2024 to 12:00pm (AEDST)
Wednesday 27 March 2024. .
3 Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is only open to residents of Australia.
3.2 Entry is open to all (‘Eligible Entrants’) excluding directors, management, owners, retailers, staff,
employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), contractors (and their immediate families),
their advertising agencies and their related bodies corporate.
3.3 If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
4 Method of participation
To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
4.1 Make a purchase of $10 or more at any participating food retail store at Toormina Gardens to
collect a stamp. Each eligible entry requires a total of five stamps collected from participating retailers.
4.2 Entry is unlimited during the promotional period; however, customers must make the minimum
required purchase or more.
4.3 Customers may not combine receipts to make up the required amount to participate.
4.4 For an entry into the draw, completed entry forms must be placed in the entry box outside Flight
Centre at Toormina Gardens by Wednesday 10am to be included in the weekly prize draws. Entry forms
are eligible for the week of the prize draw only.
4.5 Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase receipts from participating retailers.
5 Prizes
5.1 There are a total of seven (7) prizes available in this promotion, each valued at $500. The Total
Prize Pool is valued at $3,500.
6 Prize Collection
6.1 The Prize Winner will be drawn manually by the Toormina Gardens Centre Management team at
12:00pm on each of the prize draw days - each Wednesday from 14 February - 27 March, 2023.
6.2 The Prize Winner will be notified by phone or email.
6.3 All entrants must retain their receipt of purchase to be deemed eligible. Purchases and receipts
are required to be within the promotional period. Prize collection is to be arranged by Centre Marketing
for Centre Management of Toormina Gardens.
7 Participating Retailer List
7.4 As participating retailers may alter during the duration of the competition period, refer to the
stores listed on the Food Passport Entry card. All the stores listed will be deemed as participating retailers
for all eligible purchases made at these stores during the promotion period.
7.5 The promoter reserves the right to add or remove participating retailers without notice for any
reason during the competition period.
8 Release and indemnity
8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The Promoter
reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry process.
8.2 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal
injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or because of taking or using any
gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.4 The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of similar value (to be
determined by the promoter) should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
9 Termination of Promotion
9.1 If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to)
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any
written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
10 Decisions final
10.1 The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the Prizes is final and no
discussions or correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.
10.3 The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond
the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the
Promotion the Promoter will:
a) Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at Toormina Gardens Facebook
page.
b) Not use the personal information entrants have attained via their social media profiles.
11 Personal information and privacy
11.1 By entering the Promotion, each participant gives its consent to the Promoter, for an indefinite
period, unless otherwise advised, to use his or her personal information for promotional, marketing,
publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
participant.
11.2 The participant acknowledges that any personal information provided by the participant is not
sensitive information.
11.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and any photograph of the entrants
may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless an entrant otherwise notifies the
Promoter at the time of accepting their gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using and disclosing to its
agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in
connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and
awarding any prizes.
11.4 Entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available online
