allow the Promoter to share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of conducting the application process; and
enable the Promoter to use, copy, modify, publish and disclose your name, likeness, image or voice, and any content submitted by you as part of your participation (as applicable), for an unlimited time for the promotion of any products or services of the Promoter, without further reference or payment to you.
By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have understood and agree to the terms and conditions referred to above.

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents (Eligible Entrants). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion. Employees of the Promoter, related entities, and the Promoter’s supplier conducting this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
If you are participating in your capacity as an employee, it is your sole responsibility to comply with your employer’s gift policies. Microsoft will not be party to any disputes or actions related to this matter.
The promotion commences at 4:00pm AEDT on Friday, March 9th 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, March 12th 2024 (Promotion Period).

The Promoter is committed to complying with all Federal, State and Territory Government , or all Central and Local Government in New Zealand (Government) gift and ethics policies. Employees and independent contractors of the Government (including education departments) must adhere to gift and ethics policies applicable to them when entering the promotion or accepting any prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from Eligible Entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant whom the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. The Promoter may in its sole discretion elect not to award a prize where it suspects that a person is not the original entrant.
The total number of entries an Eligible Entrant may submit is four (4). Limit applies of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant per platform. Each entry is only considered eligible on the platform it is submitted on.
The Prize will be drawn at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday, March 13th 2024 at Level 27, 1 Denison Street North Sydney, New South Wales, 2060.
The first entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received will each win:
1x Turtle Beach® VelocityOne™ Race Universal Wheel & Pedal System, with Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $1299.95 AUD, or $1387.44 NZD.
The total number of prizes is one (1). The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $1299.95 AUD, or $1387.44 NZD.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners should allow 28 days for prize delivery. Prizes will be sent by the most suitable method of delivery for the prize (for example mail or email). The Promoter will notify the winner how they will receive their prize.
Winners will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and for all prizes over the value of $250, the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be advertised on the Promoter’s website for a minimum of 28 days, unless the winner requests that these details not be published.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not claim their prize or an element of their prize by Monday, Monday, 15th April 2024, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu of that prize or that element of the prize.
If necessary, a second draw will be conducted to distribute any unclaimed prizes at Monday, 13th May 2024, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. Winners drawn in the second draw will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and for all prizes over the value of $250, the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be advertised on the Promoter’s website, unless the winner requests that these details not be published.
If there is no prize winner or the winner of a prize cannot be located, this information will be published on the Promoter’s website.
