Eligible Entrants 1. The promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over and who are residents of Australia.
2. Employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the promotion.
“Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment.
“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether an individual is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.
5. On notification of winning, a winner must verify their identity and provide evidence of their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify they are an Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.
How to Enter 6. To enter the promotionyou must:
a) Click on the social giveaway link or the link on the website to enter giveaway
b) Enter details (Name, email address, contact number, state)
c) Agree to Sign up and stay up to date with Tassal.
d) Read and consent to the Terms of the promotion; and
e) Submit your entry by 11:59pm AEST on 1/04/2024.
7. Multiple entries from the same email addressare not permitted.
Monitoring and 8. The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries.
Moderation 9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Entries that the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion to be incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and Draw 11. 1st Prize is a $3,000 e-voucher Flight Centre Voucher that can be used for a Queensland Holiday. Total Prize pool is $3,250.00. Flight Centre Voucher is subject to their own T&C’s.
12. The draw will take place on the 10th April, 2024 at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon AEST and will be drawn at random. Approval 1296.
13. The winners will be notified by phone and email following the draw (within 3 working days of the draw) and the 1st prize winner will have their name announced on the Promoters website

14. Prize must be claimed by the close of business 15th May 2024.
a) The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold.
b) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
c) The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage in the redemption of the prize.
d) If for any reason the prize winner does not claim the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
15. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value.
16. If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw 17. The Promoter will conduct a further draw, at Sam Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 at 12.00 noon AEST as is necessary on the 16th May, 2024 in order to distribute any prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required, the winner/s will be notified via phone and email.
