HOW TO ENTER
From 3.30pm – 6.15pm each draw day, visit the Main Gaming Floor
to collect your wristband then remove the detachable entry ticket and place it in the barrel. The wristband must be intact on your wrist to be valid, unless otherwise stated.*
Every 30 minutes from 4.30pm – 6.30pm each draw day, one winner will be drawn to win $500.#
Listen out for the corresponding number to the one printed on your wristband.
If selected, you will have three minutes to make your way to the draw location on the Main Gaming Floor to claim your $500! Redraws will occur until a present winner is found.
You must be present to win and you can only win once per draw day.
Any drawn entry will not be placed back into the draw barrel. This promotion is open to all members of The Star Club and guests.

Wristband Draws

The following Promotion Details are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Details
Item 1: Promoter The Promoter is The Star Entertainment Qld Limited ABN 78 010 741 045 trading as
Treasury Brisbane, 159 William Street, Brisbane QLD 4001 ph. (07) 3306 8888 (the
“Promoter”).
Item 2: Promotion Wristband Draws – March 2024 (the “Promotion”).

Period
The Promotion will commence at 3.30pm on Monday 4 March 2024 and will end at the
conclusion of the 6.30pm draw on Wednesday 27 March 2024.
All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Item 5: Entry
Requirement
Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who satisfy clause 2 of the Terms and
Conditions of this Promotion.
People who meet these conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the
Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrant/s” and will be entitled to enter the
Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person participating in the Promotion at any
time.
Item 6: Entry Into
Draws
Eligible Entrants will be issued one (1) wristband, between 3.30pm and 6.15pm on a Draw
Day.
A maximum of one (1) Wristband Entry can be taken per Draw Day.
The Eligible Entrant will need to place the wristband onto their own wrist, detach the entry
ticket from the wristband (“Entry Ticket”) and place the Entry Ticket into the Draw Barrel
found at the Draw Location. The wristband must remain intact on the Eligible Entrant’s wrist
until after the draw.
If the Eligible Entrant cannot physically have the wristband attached around their wrist, the
Eligible Entrant must immediately speak to the representative of the Promoter at the time of
receiving the wristband and the representative of the Promoter will record: (1) the entry
number on the wristband/Entry Ticket (“Entry Number”); and (2) the Eligible Entrant’s Star
Club Membership Number or Driver Licence number. The Eligible Entrant must still detach
the Entry Ticket from the wristband and place the Entry Ticket into the Draw Barrel found at
the Draw Location.
Entry Tickets can be placed into the Draw Barrel up to one (1) minute prior to each draw.
Each wristband will show a corresponding Entry Number to the detached Entry Ticket. At the
time of the draw the Eligible Entrant must have a “Valid Wristband”, which means:
a) a wristband that is intact on the Eligible Entrant’s wrist at the time of the draw; or
b) if the Eligible Entrant is unable to attach the wristband to the Eligible Entrant’s wrist,
the Eligible Entrant must have provided their Star Club Membership Number or Driver
Licence number to the Promoter (as set out above) and that Eligible Entrant must be
in possession of the wristband.

Item 7: Draw
Details
Draws will take place at:
a) Monday 4 March 2024
b) Monday 11 March 2024
c) Monday 18 March 2024
d) Monday 25 March 2024
e) Wednesday 6 March 2024
f) Wednesday 13 March 2024
g) Wednesday 20 March 2024
h) Wednesday 27 March 2024
(each a “Draw Day”).
Random Selection Draws will take place every thirty (30) minutes between 4.30pm and
6.30pm at the following times on a Monday and Wednesday Draw Day:
a) 4.30pm
b) 5.00pm
c) 5.30pm
d) 6.00pm
e) 6.30pm
(each a “Prize Draw”).
At each Prize Draw, one (1) Entry Ticket will be randomly drawn from the Barrel at the ‘Draw
Location’. See Item 9.
The Entry Number shown on the Entry Ticket will be announced at the Draw Location to find
the Eligible Entrant with the Valid Wristband showing the correct corresponding Entry
Number. (“Selected Winner”).
The Promoter cannot guarantee that all announcements can be heard at the Draw Location
or in all parts of Treasury Brisbane.
The Selected Winners must be “present at the Draw” to be eligible to win a prize. If a
Selected Winner is not “present at the Prize Draw”, Item 10 will apply.
Drawn Eligible Entrants that satisfy these conditions of entry in Item 5 and Item 10 and
otherwise satisfy the Terms and Conditions will be deemed a “Selected Winner.
Any drawn Entry Ticket will not be placed back into the Barrel.
Item 9: Draw

Item 10: Present
at Draws
“Present at the relevant Draw”
If the Selected Eligible Entrant presents to claim the prize. To be considered “present at the
relevant Draw”, the Selected Eligible Entrant must present themselves to a representative of
the Promoter within three (3) minutes of their name being announced.
If the Selected Eligible Entrant has presented themselves to a representative of the Promoter,
the representative will inform the promotions host at the Draw Location that the Selected
Eligible Entrant has presented themselves and the Selected Eligible Entrant will have ten (10)
minutes to make their way to the Draw Location and confirm their identity. The Eligible
Entrant is not permitted to send a proxy to claim a prize.
Provided that the Selected Eligible Entrant is at the Participating Property, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to either:
• Extend the time limit set out in this clause for the Eligible Entrant to make their way
to the Draw Location; or

• Waive the requirement for the Eligible Entrant to present themselves at the Draw
Location,
if the Promoter forms the reasonable view that the Selected Eligible Entrant will be physically
unable to comply with such time limit or requirement due to incapacity or any other such
impairment.
It is the responsibility of the Selected Eligible Entrant to request such time extension or waiver
from the representative of the Promoter immediately on presenting themselves to the
representative of the Promoter. Time Extensions or waivers will not be granted
retrospectively. If a waiver is granted by the Promoter, the Selected Eligible Entrant must still
comply with all instructions required to validate their identity, including but not limited to the
conditions set out in Item 11.
“Not present at the relevant Draw”
If the drawn Eligible Entrant does not present to the draw location within the time limit listed in
Item 10 or does not otherwise satisfy these Terms and Conditions, a maximum of three (3)
redraws will take place before the next Draw. If an Eligible Entrant who satisfies the
requirements of these Terms and Conditions is not identified after conducting three (3)
redraws, the prize will not be awarded at that time and a representative of the Promoter will
conduct the next draw/s.
Once the final draw has been claimed, a representative of the Promoter will conduct any
draws where a prize was not awarded and continue redraws until an Eligible Entrant satisfies
these Terms and Conditions.
Item 11: Prize/s Each Selected Winner that satisfies the conditions of entry, including being “present at the
relevant Prize Draw,” will win $500.
Treasury Brisbane will issue all monetary prizes via cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer
(EFT).
The total Prize Pool for each draw day is $2,500 and the total Prize Pool for the entire
Promotion is $20,000.
A drawn Eligible Entrant can only win one (1) Prize per Draw Day.
Item 12:
Identification
A Selected Winner must produce Valid ID to a representative of the Promoter to confirm their
eligibility to win a prize.
“Valid ID" means:
a) a passport, Australian driver’s licence or other form of photographic identification in
which the photograph is clear and undamaged and that is acceptable to Treasury
Brisbane; or
b) two forms of non-photographic identification that are valid and acceptable to The Star
Entertainment Group.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole
discretion in circumstances where the identity of a winner is determinable by a representative
of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of identification.
Item 14: Other
conditions Wristbands are only valid for Prize Draws on the Draw Day in which they are issued. The
barrel will be emptied at the conclusion of each Draw Day.
Removed, damaged or misplaced Wristbands may not be replaced.
Any guest who has received more than one wristband on a promotion day, will be ineligible to
take part in the promotion and cannot win a prize
