a. By participating in a Flicks Survey (“Survey”), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
b. By participating in a Flicks Survey, each participant also agrees to Flicks’ general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
c. The survey is conducted by Flicks Ltd (“Flicks”), Shed 12, City Works Depot, 90 Wellesley Street West, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.
d. The survey commences on 11 March 2024 and closes no later than 10 April 2024 (“End Date”).
e. Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents only who are over 18 year of age at the time of the survey.
f. Flicks is committed to maintaining the privacy of our users. Your information is never used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. Your personal information and email address is never shared or distributed to unauthorised parties, and is kept private and secure at all times.
2. Completing the survey & entering to win
a. To enter this survey you must complete the survey.
b. Multiple entries are not permitted. Multiple entries under different names and/or different email addresses may also invalidate all entries at the Flicks’ discretion.
c. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
d. Employees of Flicks, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of Flicks are not eligible to enter.
e. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry.
f. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void.
g. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
h. Prize winners will be determined by a random draw no later than 5 working days after the End Date from all completed survey entries received before the End Date, unless otherwise specified.
i. The winner will be notified via email no later than 5 working days after the End Date. If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, a new winner will be drawn.
j. The prizes are: 1 x $500 gift card (Australian winner: 1 x $500 Mastercard gift card sourced from auspost.com.au).
k. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
l. Each winner acknowledges that neither Flicks nor advertisers and competition sponsors accept responsibility or liability for any harm, damage, expense, loss or injury which may occur as a result of the winner claiming the prizes and/or using the prizes.
