Terms & Conditions of the “Matt Comer’s Easter 2024 Giveaway!”
Promoter Information: The promotion is conducted by Martel Estates Pty Ltd, trading as Ash Marton Realty (ABN 42 145 243 036), located at 332 Nepean Hwy Frankston, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).
Eligibility: This competition is open only to residents of Victoria, Australia, 18 years and older. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period: The competition commences on Monday, 4th March 2024 at 9:00 AM AEST and concludes on Thursday, 28th March 2024 at 5:00 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

Prizes: The prize consists of one (1) 10KG block of Cadbury chocolate. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection: A winner will be randomly selected at the Promoter’s premises on 28/03/2023. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted.
Entry Conditions: By entering this competition, Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry not made per these Terms & Conditions or that tampers with the entry process.
