Eligibility:
The Booked iPhone 15 Pro 256B Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open globally to individuals 13 or older. Employees of Booked, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates specified in the promotional material. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected based on their position on the referral leaderboard at the end of the Giveaway period. The decision is final and binding.
Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) iPhone 15 Pro 256GB. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via Twitter and/or email within a week of the closing date. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Winners will be selected on the morning of April 1, 2024 after the contest closes at 11:59 PM MDT on March 31, 2024.
Shipping: Prizes will be shipped from Canada. Winners are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes. Booked is not responsible for any delays due to customs or shipping.
Restrictions: Due to international shipping regulations and restrictions, we regret to inform participants that we cannot ship giveaway prizes to countries currently under sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
