If the winning member is not present, the $500 will roll over to the next draw at 8pm.
8pm: Winning member receives $500, plus any additional rolled over from the previous draw.
If the winning member is not present, that $500 plus any previously rolled over money will then roll over to the next draw the following week at 7pm.
