Eligible Entrants Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 15 years and over (please refer
to clauses 3 and 4 of the Conditions of Entry for additional eligibility
requirements), who in the event that they are a winner, possess a compatible
smartphone hosting the MyMaccas® app (“App”), in order to accept and
redeem the prize.
Participating Restaurant(s) The Promotion will be conducted in participating McCafé restaurants of the
Promoter in Australia which sell McCafé beverage products.
A Participating Restaurant may cease to be a Participating Restaurant if
circumstances arise due to the COVID-19 crisis or any other cause beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter or Participating Restaurant that cause the
Participating Restaurant to close or otherwise modify operations.
Where a Participating Restaurant ceases to be a Participating Restaurant, the
draw for that Participating Restaurant will take place in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions and will be drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants that
have entered the Promotion within the Promotional Period.

Entry Mechanic To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Download, install and launch the App on their compatible mobile
device. The application is available free of charge and can be
downloaded via the Apple App Store for Apple iPhone devices or via
Google Play for Android devices;
b) Purchase an Eligible Product or Eligible Products (“Eligible
Transaction”) via the App from a Participating Restaurant. Electronic
receipts must be retained as proof of purchase; and
c) Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion once
their Eligible Transaction via the App is processed.
Excluded Transaction(s) Products purchased and transactions made not in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry or Entry Mechanic (including but not limited to
McDelivery® and McCafé beverages redeemed as part of the McDonald’s
Rewards program) are not an Eligible Transaction for the purposes of the
Promotion.
Products purchased or transactions made via McDelivery are not eligible.

All entries received by the Promoter during a given Promotional Stage will be
entered into a draw for the one (1) year’s supply of free McCafé beverages
Prizes. Non-winning entries will not rollover into any subsequent draws.
The draw date for each Promotional Stage is set out below. The draws will take
place at Creata, 6/3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh NSW 2120 at 11.00 am (Sydney
Time) on the dates set out below:

Draw(s) for the Weekly Cash
Draw Prizes
All Eligible Winners from each of the 42 Promotional Stages for the one (1)
year’s supply of free McCafé beverages Prizes (as set out below) will be
automatically entered into the Weekly Cash Prize Draw, regardless of the
Region from which the Eligible Winner is based. This Draw and the Weekly Cash
Draw Prizes is a national draw and prize.
There are 6 Weekly Cash Prize Draws and the Promotional Stage that falls into
one (1) of the Weekly Cash Prize Draws is set out in the table below. Eligible
Winners will be entered into the Weekly Cash Prize Draw that corresponds with
the Promotional Stage Date in which their eligible entry was received by the
Promoter for the one (1) year’s supply of free McCafé beverages Prizes.
Entries received in a given Weekly Cash Prize Draw will only be eligible for the
corresponding Draw and will not rollover into any subsequent Weekly Cash
Prize Draw(s). Entrants are limited to winning only one (1) Weekly Cash Prize
Draw prize across all Weekly Cash Prize Draws, excluding residents of South
Australia who are not so limited.
The draw date for each Promotional Stage is set out below. The draws will take

Winner Notification Each winner will be notified via email within one (1) week of the relevant
Promotional Stage draw and Weekly Cash Prize Draw. Entrants are responsible
for having ongoing access to their nominated email.
Unclaimed Prize Draw In the event of any unclaimed Prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed
prize draw at 2:00pm (Sydney Time) on 20 August 2024 at Unit 6, 3 Central Ave,
Thornleigh, NSW in order to award Prize(s) if unclaimed by that date. Unclaimed
Prize Draw winners (if any) will be notified in writing via email within one (1)
week of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
All Eligible Entries received throughout the promotion for the Promotional
Stage Draws will be entered into a single draw in each Region grouping to award
any unclaimed Prize(s) for each Region (if any).

Draw will be entered into a single national draw to award any unclaimed Prize(s)
(if any).

The first twenty-five (25) eligible entries randomly drawn from all entries
received during each given Promotional Stage within the Promotional Period
(“Eligible Winner”) will win one (1) year’s supply of free McCafé beverages,
valued at up to AUD$2,664.50 (including GST).
Each Eligible Winner will receive one (1) year of free McCafé beverages which
can be redeemed at any McCafé restaurant using the App via a compatible
smartphone.
‘Free Coffee for a Year’ is limited to redemption of one (1) free McCafé
beverage per day for 365 days. The prizes redeemed can be of any size (small,
medium or large) and are limited to the McCafé beverage productslisted below.
Any product variations or add-ons such as, but not limited to, other milk
varieties, flavoured syrups or whipped cream will need to be paid for by the
Eligible Winner.

Eligible Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize regardless of the number
of Eligible Entries made. If an Eligible Entrant is drawn as the winner for more
than one (1) Promotional Stage, the subsequent prize(s) will be re-awarded in
an Unclaimed Prize Draw. Entrants from South Australia are eligible to win
multiple prizes based on the number of entries submitted.
Prizes - Weekly Cash Draw The first one (1) Eligible Entry randomly drawn from all Eligible Entries received
in each of the six (6) Weekly Cash Prize Draws will win AUD$10,000.00 in cash
that will be paid by the Promoter by electronic funds transfer to the winners
nominated Australian bank account.
There is one Weekly Cash Draw prize for each Weekly Cash Prize Draw, six (6)
AUD$10,000.00 prizes in total.
Prize Distribution The Promoter will endeavour to issue Prizes to each winner within fourteen (14)
days of the relevant Draw date via an email detailing the particulars for prize
redemption, subject to the Promoter completing all required probity and
winner verification procedures as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
