TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The ‘WIN the Ultimate Paris Games Trip’ promotion (Promotion) commences on Wednesday, 17 April 2024 at 9am AEST and closes on Sunday, 26 May 2024 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotional Period) and is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms).
The promoter of this Promotion is Generic Publications Pty Ltd ACN 104 215 241 of 21A Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 (Promoter).
The Promotion is a game of chance, and skill does not play a part in determining each winner. Each valid winning entry will be determined via a random draw.
Any person that participates in this Promotion (an Entrant) must:
be an Australian citizen;
be over the age of 18; and
not be an Associated Person of this Promotion (as defined below).
An Associated Person of this Promotion is any officer, manager, employee and immediate family member of: (a) the Promotor; (b) any related entity of the Promoter (including each other subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited); and (c) each independent franchisee that operates a franchised business under the Harvey Norman® trade mark (Participating Franchisee).
The participation of each Entrant in the Promotion constitutes acceptance by the Entrant of these Terms.
Prior to acceptance of any Prize (as defined below), the Promoter may require each Package Attendee (as defined below) (as the case may be) to review an acceptance form which may include a consent to broadcast (such as image or footage release), allocation of liability, and any one or more waivers (as appropriate) (Supplementary Documentation). Each Winner may not be eligible to claim a Prize if each Package Attendee fails to sign any Supplementary Documentation as requested by the Promoter may be deemed ineligible. If any person does not agree to comply with the Terms of this Promotion, including the potential requirement to review and sign the Supplementary Documentation to claim a Prize, that person should not participate in this Promotion.
ENTRANT REQUIREMENTS
To enter the Promotion, each Entrant must:
spend $200.00 (including GST) or more in a single transaction at a Participating Franchisee (Eligible Purchase); and
for each Eligible Purchase, submit one (1) entry to the Promoter, by (Entry Form):
completing the entry form at

insert the tax invoice number of the Eligible Purchase; and
reading and agreeing to these Terms by ticking “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Promotion”
(each an Entry).
If an Entrant makes an Eligible Purchase and that Eligible Purchase includes the purchase of a selected product which is specifically marked as a ‘Bonus Entry Product’ by a Participating Franchisee, the Entrant will receive one (1) bonus Entry in the Promotion (Bonus Entry). To take advantage of the Bonus Entry, the Entrant that is eligible for a Bonus Entry must select ‘this Entry includes a Bonus Entry’ when submitting the Entry Form (Bonus Entry Criteria).
The Promoter reserves the right to remove a Bonus Entry from the Promotion if the Entry does not satisfy the Bonus Entry Criteria.
Each Entrant may submit one (1) Entry for each Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period. An Entrant may submit an additional Entry for each additional Eligible Purchase.
Each Entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize (defined below).
PRIZE DETAILS
The Promoter will select three (3) Entrants at random (each a Winner) and will award a prize to each Winner (each a Prize) if each Winner complies with the Terms.
The total value of the three (3) Prizes is $105,814.51 (plus any applicable taxes), plus the cost of any Prize 1 Domestic Flights and Prize 2 Domestic Flights (as defined below).
Prize 1 is a ‘Paris Olympic Games Package’ valued at up to $52,435.07 (plus any applicable taxes) and consists of:

Return economy airfares for Prize 1 Adults from Sydney to Paris. If the Prize 1 Adults choose to change the dates of the return economy airfares, the Prize 1 Adults will incur additional fees or charges (or both). All changes must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to departure, and changes are pending availability at the time of change.
If the Prize 1 Adults ordinarily reside outside of Sydney, the Prize 1 Adults shall be provided with two (2) return domestic airfares for the Prize 1 Adults from the nearest capital city of the Winner to Sydney (Prize 1 Domestic Flights). The value of the Prize 1 Domestic Flights (if any) will be determined once the Prize 1 Adults confirm the nearest capital city.
Prize 2 is a ‘Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Package’ valued at up to $43,379.44 (plus any applicable taxes) and consists of:

TRAVEL PRIZE REQUIREMENTS
Each Entrant must acknowledge and agree to these Terms prior to submitting an Entry Form.
Each Prize 1 Adult and Prize 2 Adult (Package Attendee) must acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including the below Travel Prize Requirements.
Travel Prize Requirements - Prize 1 and Prize 2 (Travel Prize)
In addition to the terms in any Supplementary Documentation (if any), each Package Attendee acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable laws (including the Australian Consumer Law):
each Prize is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis, and the Promoter disclaims all other liabilities, costs or expenses (incidental or otherwise) that may be incurred by each Package Attendee;
each Package Attendee accepts any and all risks associated with attending the Travel Prize and must purchase and maintain sufficient travel insurance for the relevant travel period of the Travel Prize at their own expense;
each Package Attendee must:
have a valid passport that is valid for at least three (3) months from the relevant return date from Paris;
satisfy any visa requirements required by Paris or Australia (or both) to enable the Package Attendee to attend the relevant Prize (if required);
be responsible for any additional expenses incurred (incidental to the Prize or otherwise that are not specifically outlined in the Prize Details);
for the avoidance of any doubt, Prize 1 and Prize 2 are not an ‘all-expenses paid’ experience. The Promoter is strictly providing Prize 1 and Prize 2 in the manner described above, and nothing further;
the Promoter has purchased each Prize (as strictly described in the Prize Details), and each relevant third-party (Third-Party Provider) has agreed to provide each Prize to each Package Attendee, subject to the terms and conditions of each Third-Party Provider (Third-Party Terms);
each Package Attendee must comply with Third-Party Terms, and any refusal or non-compliance of such Third-Party Terms may result in:
the cancellation of any relevant component of each Prize (including flights, accommodation or attendance at any relevant event at the Paris Olympic Games) (each a Relevant Component);
refusal of entry to a Relevant Component;
ejection from a Relevant Component; and
the inability of the Package Attendee to experience Relevant Component, and any proceeding Relevant Component (by way of example, if a Package Attendee does not comply with the terms and conditions of an air-flight to Paris, and is unable to fly to Paris by the relevant travel period, the Package Attendee thereby forfeits the remainder of the Prize, without compensation from the Promoter whatsoever);
in accordance with applicable regulations and laws, or Third Party Terms, a Package Attendee may:
be searched upon entry of sessions for security purposes (Security Search), and the Package Attendee consents to such Security Searches and waives any claims that may arise from the Security Searches (to the extent permitted by applicable laws). If the Package Attendee does not consent to the Security Search, the Package Attendee may be denied access to a session without any compensation;
receive a request from a Third-Party Provider to provide personal information to a Third-Party Provider to provide consent to that Third Party Provider to conduct a criminal background check on the Package Attendee (Background Check). If a Package Attendee does not provide the requested consent, or does not satisfactorily pass the Background Check, the Package Attendee may be entitled to compensation by the relevant Third Party Provider.
that each Prize may be subject to events beyond the control of the Promoter and each Third Party Provider (each a Force Majeure Event). In the case of any Force Majeure Event, any Relevant Component may be cancelled or postponed (as applicable) because of an event beyond the control of the Promoter or relevant Third Part Provider and Promoter shall not be responsible for any expenses (incidental or otherwise) that each Package Attendee may have incurred as a result of a change to any Relevant Component due to a Force Majeure Event (including without limitation, transportation expenses to new accommodation).
Re-selling any Relevant Component is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL
The Promoter may alter any Relevant Component as necessary.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. If a Winner wishes to transfer any Prize, the Winner must request a transfer from the Promoter in writing (Transfer Request). The Promoter will reasonably consider any Transfer Request and any approval or rejection of a Transfer Request is in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any other State or Territory in Australia where each Entrant is located (as applicable).
Each Entry will be collected by the Promoter, and each Winner will be drawn via a random draw on Monday, 27 May 2024 at the office of the Promoter, 21A Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 (Prize Draw Date).
27. The Promoter will draw three (3) Entrants and contact each Winner in sequential order, being:
Winner 1 will be contacted first via phone and email, and Winner 1 will have a maximum of two (2) business days (being any day that is a not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Sydney, NSW) (Business Day) from the Prize Draw Date to select a Prize.
Once Winner 1 selects a Prize, or after the expiration of two (2) Business Days from the Prize Draw Date, the remaining Prizes are open for selection by the next drawn Winners.
Winner 2 will be contacted second via phone and email, and Winner 2 will have a maximum of two (2) Business Days to select any remaining Prize (Winner 2 Prize Selection Date).
Once Winner 2 selects a Prize, or after the expiration of two (2) Business Days of the Winner 2 Prize Selection Date, the remaining Prizes are open for selection by the next drawn Winners.
Winner 3 will be contacted third via phone and email, and Winner 3 will have a maximum of two (2) Business Days to select any remaining Prize (Winner 3 Prize Selection Date).
In the event that for any reason whatsoever there is an unclaimed Prize within four (4) weeks after the Prize Draw Date, or the date the Promoter contacts each Winner, the relevant Prize will be forfeited by the initial Winner that failed to claim the relevant Prize (Unclaimed Prize). The Unclaimed Prize may then be redrawn by the Promoter via a random draw. The draw for any Unclaimed Prize will take place 17 June 2024 at the office of the Promoter, 21A Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 (Redraw).
The Promoter reserves the right to request Winners provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.

Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify each Entry and claims for Prizes, and reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant where the Entry process has been tampered with.
The Promoter is not responsible if the value of each Prize changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date each Prize is awarded.
Subject to the law, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned;
if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or
if the determination of each Winner, or the delivery of any Prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside the control of the Promoter.
Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter against all actions, claims and liabilities, that each Entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the participation in the Promotion by the Entrant.
In the event an Entrant has a concern, question or dispute in relation to the conduct of the Promotion, or the process for claiming a Prize (or both), the Entrant may email the Promoter at

Each decision made by the Promoter in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on each Entrant and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
