"Xanadu" refers to the company XANADU WINES PTY LTD, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.

Eligibility:
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Western Australia and are aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, family members, suppliers, or associated businesses of Xanadu are not eligible to participate.

Entry:
2.1. One entry per person is allowed.
2.2. To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the competition promotion.

Prize Details:
3.1. The prize consists of a three-course lunch with a bottle of Reserve wine for two at Xanadu with an estimated total value of $300.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner.
3.3. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any expenses incurred outside the prize package.

Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding.
4.2. Xanadu reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.3. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the competition closing date.
4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Xanadu reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

5.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to this competition.

8.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
