Win a Double Pass – A special Mother’s Day Competition
Participate in our Mother’s Day social media competition and win a double pass to the
evening performance of Dear Diary.
Simply tag a special mum, grandmother, aunt, or maternal figure in your life who you
would take to see Dear Diary at The Joan on Saturday 8 June at 7.30pm. Then follow our
page, share this post on your socials before 9am Monday 13 May and you could win a
double pass!
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions
of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (Joan Sutherland Performing Arts
Centre) 597 High Street, Penrith, NSW 2750. ABN 97 003 605 089
3. Entry is open to Patrons who follow our social media accounts, share the social
media post to their own stories and tag a special mum in the comments section of
the post before 9am Monday 13 May 2024.
4. This is a competition of luck. A double pass will be drawn at random and
announced on the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre social media 5pm
Monday 13 May 2024.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or
invalid entrant.
6. By entering, Entrants understand that they will need to provide their information to
the Promoter in order to claim the prize.
7. There will be a total of one winner. The prize pack includes:
• One double pass to see Dear Diary at The Joan on Saturday 8 June at 7.30pm.
8. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and
binding on all competition entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Only the winner will be notified. The winner will be contacted by The Joan via email.
10. If for any reason this Promotion is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned,
due to an intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the
result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest,
strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of
the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will
be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of
the prize.
12. The personal information you provide in entering this competition will be used by
the Promoter to conduct the competition.
13. In case of an emergency Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (Joan Sutherland
Performing Arts Centre) will use the contact details supplied by you when entered
this competition.
