Entry into the Spin and Win Competition
1. To enter this promotion and be eligible for a chance to win a Spin to Win Prize, Entrants must during the Entry Period:
(a) Purchase any combination of Pizza Hut products either online via the website (

(b) Accept these Terms and Conditions;
(c) On finalisation of their purchase, the Entrant will receive an alert with a prompt to spin the virtual wheel to reveal the Spin to Win Prize.
(d) The Entrant must complete the qualifying transaction in order to enter into the draw to win.

1. The Prize must be taken as offered. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or services.
2. If any Prizes (or any parts of Prizes) are not fulfilled for any reason, then these Prizes (and all parts of the Prizes) are forfeited.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time before awarding the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes), to vary, postpone or cancel the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes), including, without limitation, where in the Promoter’s opinion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, subject to state or territory regulations):

Spin to Win Prize claim date & time
1. Winners of the Spin and Win competition will win instantly and be notified of the prize that they have won via a pop up after the virtual spin to win wheel has been spun;
2. In the event that the Winner does not instantly claim their prize, winners will be contacted via email – where provided – and must respond to the Promoter claiming their prize within 14 days of the time of their purchase (Notification Period);
3. In the event that the Winner does not claim their prize within the Notification Period, the prize will be forfeited.
4. Winners of any prizes valued over $250 will be published on the website and the app by 4 June 2024.
Provided a winning Entrant has provided evidence of their Australian citizenship or residency status, and has otherwise complied with the requirements and requests for information by the Promoter (as required by the Promoter) including but not limited to the below, the applicable prize will be provided to that Winning Entrant via email or any other means reasonably necessary as determined by the Promoter.
- Winning Entrant must provide Australian bank account details including BSB and Account name matching the name of the winner; within 14 days of being contacted by the Promoter
- Money will be transferred by the Promoter to the nominated account within 4 weeks from the date that the winner has provided the Promoter all information required to effect the transfer.

EXPERIENCE
- Supercars Experience Bundle will entitle the winner to attend either Sydney, Adelaide, Bathurst or Gold Coast. Any travel, accommodation or additional costs relating to food & drink will not be awarded as part of the prize & must be covered in full by the winner. Restrictions such as height, weight & age may be imposed on any course car rides. Each Supercars Experience Bundle prize consists of:

- The prize cannot be redeemed within other meal deals or offers.
Separate Terms and Conditions will apply to each relevant Spin to Win Prize and the winner will be notified of this by the Promoter.
Any prize determination will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
Unclaim ed Prize Determi nation
If any winning Entrant does not claim their prize within the periods set out under the Spin to Win Prize Determination section of these Terms, then that prize will be forfeited by the Winner. All non-food items will be entered into a second chance draw
Second Chance Draw
A second chance draw will take place at midday 03/07/2024 at Suite 2.02, 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 for all unclaimed non-food items. All entrants who make purchases and meet the Entry Conditions during the Entry Period will receive automatic entry into the second chance draw. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email on the day of the unclaimed draw and unclaimed prizes valued above $250 will be published on the website and the app 9/07/2024.
Winners of the second chance draw will have 14 days to claim their prizes by responding to the notifying email.
