Ripe with adventure and reward, the Devil’s Corner Resolution Range is born from a resolve to not shy away from the elements, but rather lean into them. Showcasing Tasmanian winemaking at its best, this range combines cool-climate elegance with an intensity of flavour that truly sets Devil’s Corner apart. Nurtured by the extra gust of wind, lash of a storm, or generous kiss of sunshine from nature itself.
Each year, winemaker Tom Wallace and his team use only select parcels of fruit from Devil Corner’s prestigious Hazards vineyard to make the Resolution Range, chosen for their superior terroir, and the weather’s influence on their flavour.
Resolution Pinot Noir: Made with premium parcels of fruit from Devil Corner’s Hazards vineyard, the Resolution Pinot Noir displays vibrant cherry, red berry and subtle spice aromas combined with a savoury, balanced, and lingering palate.
Resolution Chardonnay: Also using premium parcels of fruit from the Hazards vineyard and Tamar Valley Kayena vineyard, the Resolution Chardonnay is generous, textural and complex. With lifted aromas of peach and pear featuring a defined elegant oak, it presents a crisp acidity that provides freshness and excellent persistence of flavour.
Resolution Riesling: The nose is tight in its youth showing lime juice and slatey mineral lift. The mineral elements follow through to the palate with a pith texture. The acidity carries the citrus flavours for a long time on the palate and keeps the finish crisp and fresh. This Riesling is a bright, pale straw colour with tinges of green.
Resolution Pinot Gris: Each wine in the Resolution range is crafted with determination, care and finesse; born from a resolve to not shy away from the elements, but rather lean into them. Barrel fermented for added complexity, the Resolution Pinot Gris is made with only premium parcels of fruit from the Hazards Vineyard; a rich and generous white wine combining spicy, nutty complexity with characters of fresh pear and melon.
