The Competition commences Monday 10th June at 05:30am AEST and concludes on Monday 8th July 2024 at 12:00pm AEST (“the Competition Period”).
COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, viewers must: • Email
SunriseWeather@seven.com.au including the following: Nominees name and Why their Nominee deserves to be rewarded with $10,000 and awarded the Sunrise Suburban Superstar”.
For an entry to be considered valid, the entrant must email the required details and register a Nominee (“Nominee”) when entering. The Nominee must be someone that the entrant knows personally who has made a significant contribution to that community. Entrants cannot nominate themselves; the entrant and the Nominee must be different people.
Entries must be received by Monday 8th July 2024 at 12:00pm AEST.
Individuals may enter as many times as they like. However, each entry must be significantly different to
any previous entry and must include a different Nominee to any previous entries.
The entry must be:
a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
b) true and correct, to the best of the entrant’s knowledge;
c) written in English; and
d) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entries must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
