Overview of Promotion
Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the "Win Your Share of $10k" (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences on the 12th of June and concludes on the 30th of August 2024 at midnight AEST (Promotion Period).
The Promotion is conducted by Grays Pty Ltd (ACN 125 736 914), 376 Newbridge Road, Moorebank NSW 2170, Australia (Promoter).
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older who have or create a account with Grays and fill out the entry form during the Promotion Period. Entrants must have a valid account at
www.grays.com to be eligible for the competition.
Employees of Grays Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry
To enter the Promotion, individuals must fill out the entry form provided by Grays Pty Ltd during the Promotion Period.
Entries must be submitted by completing all required fields in the entry form, including name, email address, and contact number.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize Draw
The prize pool consists of $10,000 worth of Grays vouchers, split into 10 vouchers valued at $1,000 each.
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw to determine the winners will take place on the 2nd of September 2024.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form within 48 hours of the draw. They will be emailed or called based on the information provided.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days of the initial notification, a new winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Distribution
Grays Pty Ltd will issue the vouchers to the winners via email provided by winners.
The vouchers are one-time-use coupon codes (only valid for one order) that have an expiry of one year from receiving the voucher.
The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
General
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Grays Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

By entering the competition, applicants agree to abide by Grays Pty Ltd's privacy policy. This includes the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering the competition and prize distribution.
