The Promotion commences opens at 4:00pm AEST 2nd July and closes at 11.59pm AEST 18 August 2024. No late entries will be accepted.
Entry is open to current residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over, excluding those residing in South Australia, Northern Territory & ACT.
Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entrants may only enter the competition once.
Entry into the Promotion is through valid completion of the Promotion form, including first name and email address.
There will be 1 (one) prize available.
7.1 Prize is valued at $14,700 and includes:

7.2 Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
7.3 Prize does not include any flights or travel expenses. Eden Health Retreat will not cover, reimburse, or be held liable for any costs associated with flights or any other form of transportation outside of what is listed within the Prize.
7.4 Winner must stay within 12 months of being notified as the Winner. Block out dates apply and date of stay is to be agreed upon by the Winner and Eden Health Retreat upon time of booking.
1 (one) Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter on 19 August 2024. There will be 1 (one) Runner-Up Prize Winner. The Runner-Up will receive an Eden and Biologique Recherche hamper including a variety of merchandise and products valued at approximately $800.
The Winner and Runner-Up Winners will be notified by email and announced on @eden_health_retreat Instagram account.
The Prize must be claimed by the winner by 25 August 2024. If the Prize is unclaimed by this date, the Promoter has the right to redraw another Winner at their discretion. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners using the contact details provided in the Entry.
The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize or chosen Winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any Prize, and for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
All Entrants into the Promotion agree to opt-in to receive marketing from the Promoter.
