To join, download the Yo-Chi app and set up a new membership account. Yo-Chi may grant or refuse membership at its absolute discretion. Membership barcode may not be copied or duplicated in any way. Each member is only permitted to have one membership which will be allocated to one nominated email address at the time of registration.
Upon registration members are required to enter contact details in the Yo-Chi app to activate membership including full name, date of birth, email, home venue and postcode. It is the member’s responsibility to update any changes to personal details within the Chi Club app. Members may opt out of the Chi Club at any time by updating preferences in the Chi Club app.
Promotional offers will occasionally apply for new members upon sign-up however these may be changed at any time.
Members earn one Chi Point for every $10 spent in a Yo-Chi venue. A member who has accumulated Chi Points can redeem them towards Yo-Chi product for free once they have reached 10 points. If their purchase comes to less than $10 in value the balance is not redeemable in cash. Point redemption is available on all products sold within Yo-Chi venues. Does not apply to online or supermarket purchases.
The Chi Club app will automatically calculate how much is spent in each transaction to the cent, eg if a member spends $14.49 they will earn 1.449 Chi Points. Chi Points displayed in the app are rounded to the nearest two decimal points.
Members will receive an email with a birthday freebie up the value of $10 in the form of a Yo-Chi voucher on the date of their birthday, on the basis of having provided their birthdate in the profile set-up. The member has 7 days from the time of issue to redeem the voucher at any Yo-Chi venue. Any remaining balance over $10 is payable by cash or card. The birthday voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction, and no change will be issued. The voucher cannot be used online, through the delivery apps or anywhere Yo-Chi products are sold other than in Yo-Chi venues. Membership must be active for a minimum of 24 hours prior to birthdate to receive the birthday voucher.
Points accrued cannot be used as a part-payment or redeemed for cash. If members do not use their Chi Club membership for a period of two years, their membership will be cancelled along with all accrued entitlements.
Yo-Chi may introduce special offers from time to time at our own discretion, and these offers may include additional terms and conditions.
Chi Club points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash. Point redemption is available on all products sold within Yo-Chi venues, except gift cards. Does not apply to online or supermarket purchases. Points cannot be accrued from online or in venue gift card purchases, online or supermarket purchases.
Yo-Chi reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s Chi Club account without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding point accruals will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
Yo-Chi reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Chi Club benefits without notice and at any time, at its absolute discretion.
$10k Colour Our Cup Compettion
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition period for the $10k Colour Our Cup Colouring Competition commences on 5 August 2024 and concludes on 1 September 2024 at 11.00pm (AEDST). Entries must be received by the competition close date and time.
To be eligible to win, the entrant (or parent/guardian) must be a Chi Club member. Click on the link to become a Chi Club member.
To enter, individuals must collect a colouring-in sheet from a participating Yo-Chi venue, complete the colouring task, write their name, age, phone number and Chi Club membership number on the colouring sheet and submit at their local Yo-Chi venue. Submissions with embellishments adhered to the colouring sheet or crumpled/folded sheets will be deemed ineligible.
Limited to one entry per person.
Winners will be selected nationally, with 1 major prize winner to receive a cash prize of $10,000 AUD and their design will be printed on Yo-Chi cups nationally. 10 runners up will each to receive $100 worth of Yo-Chi, in the form of 100 Chi Points allocated to the winner’s Chi Club account, or to the Chi Club account of their parent or guardian.
Chi Points can be redeemed for frozen yogurt, acai and toppings at any Yo-Chi venue. Chi Points cannot be redeemed for any other Yo-Chi retail product (including frozen yogurt tubs), merchandise or gift cards.
The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If the winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or a prize is not utilised or able to be taken within any specified timeframes, the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
The prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Yo-Chi, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Winners will be selected on their creativity and will be notified after the competition closing date.
Yo-Chi’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Employees (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Yo-Chi, Yo-Chi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Yo-Chi reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity or age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
At Yo-Chi, we deeply respect the importance of safeguarding your personal information. Information captured on the Colouring Competition pages will not be shared, published nor used by Yo-Chi for promotional purposes. The information captured will be used to notify competition winners.
