This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

Age Restriction

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).

Maximum Number of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
8.
Entry Method
Clause 3
Entrants may enter the Promotion in any or all the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Which product from Priceline Pharmacy do you need just in time for Spring?”
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
AND/OR
“Which product from Priceline Pharmacy do you need just in time for Spring?”
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the
following question off-air:
“Which product from Priceline Pharmacy do you need just in time for Spring?”
All valid Website, Nova Player App, and Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times throughout the Promotion Period, the Promoter will select the five (5) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will invite those entrants to appear on-air to take part in an On-Air Challenge (each a Selected Entrant).
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will have three (3) predetermined items
selected (Items);
(b) the Promoter will invite one (1) of the Selected Entrants on-air. The Selected Entrant will
have a representative of the Promoter play on their behalf (On-Air Announcer);
(c) the On-Air Announcer will be given the three (3) Items and asked to correctly identify the
price of that item to the nearest dollar (as announced on-air at the time of contesting);
(d) for each correct guess (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promotor), the On-Air Announcer will receive one (1) point on behalf of the Selected Entrant. There are a maximum of three (3) points to be won for each Selected Entrant.
(e) if the On-Air Announcer does not identify any of the items correctly, the Selected Entrant will be awarded a Minor Prize.
(f) the Prize will be distributed as follows:
• Zero (0) points, the Selected Entrant will win a Minor Prize.
• one (1) point, the Selected Entrant will win a Priceline Pharmacy hamper valued at
up to AUD $200 (incl. GST); or
• two (2) points, the Selected Entrant will win a Priceline Pharmacy hamper valued at
up to AUD $300 (incl. GST); or
• three (3) points, the Selected Entrant will win a Priceline Pharmacy hamper valued
at up to AUD $600 (incl. GST).
(g) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide additional hints to an On-Air Announcer in addition to the clues during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the On-Air Announcer, on behalf of the Selected Entrant, accumulates zero (0) points, they will not receive a Hamper Prize and will be awarded a Minor Prize.
The Minor Prize will comprise of the items the subject of the On-Air Challenge.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am AEST and 5:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 2:00pm AEST Friday 6 September 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11.
Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

Prize

Hamper Prize
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, comprising of:
• A collection of assorted items from Priceline Pharmacy (valued at up to AUD $600 (incl GST).
The value of the Hamper Prize is to be determined by the winner’s performance in the On-Air Challenge. If the winner was awarded one (1) point, they will receive a Hamper Prize valued at up to AUD $200 (incl. GST). If the winner was awarded two (2) points, they will receive a Hamper Prize valued at up to AUD $400 (incl. GST). If the winner was awarded three (3) points, they will receive a Hamper Prize valued at up to AUD $600 (incl. GST).
The total value of the Hamper Prize is valued at up to AUD $600 (incl. GST).
Minor Prize
There are up to five (5) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Three (3) x Items predetermined by the Promotors prior to the On-Air Challenge, in their sole and absolute discretion (valued at up to AUD $75 (incl GST).
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any voucher terms and conditions.
The value of the Hamper Prize is to be determined in accordance with the Entry Method. The winner may only be awarded a Hamper Prize or a Minor Prize.

Additional Conditions
