Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App and register their details on the Win tab in the manner required.
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Answer a call live on-air
At various points between 6:00AM AEST and 9:00AM AEST during the weekdays of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the draw (Selected Entrant) on their Personal Contact Number;
(b) iftheSelectedEntrantsuccessfullyanswerstheirPersonalContactNumberwithinfive(5)ringsor by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be invited to participate in the Major Challenge.
(c) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above;
The above process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above and is invite to participate in the Major Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Up to five (5) Selected Entrants will be invited to participate in the Major Challenge.
Major Challenge
Between the Monday 9 September and Friday 13 September 2024, five (5) Selected Entrants will be invited to the Promoter’s premises to participate in the Major Challenge (each, a Challenger). Each Challenger will participate in the Major Challenge on a morning during this period, for a total of five (5) separate Major Challenge contesting spots, with a maximum of one Challenger per day.
The Promoter will have a pre-selected number between 1 – 120 in an envelope for each Major Challenge contesting spots, which corresponds with a minute between 7:00am to 8:59am (Winning Minute).
The Challenger will be set up in a studio, with a large red button. During the hours of 7:00am – 8:59am on each of the five (5) Major Challenge contesting spots, the Challenger will be required to guess the Winning Minute. When the Challenger wishes to guess the Winning Minute, they must press the large red button.
Once the Challenger has pressed the large red button, the Promoter will open the envelope to reveal the Winning Minute. If the Challenger pressed the large red button during the Winning Minute, the Challenger will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Major Prize. If the Challenger did not press the large red button during the Winning Minute, the winner will not be deemed a winner and will not be awarded a Major Prize.
Temptation Prize
The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer a Challenger a Temptation Prize.
The Temptation Prize may be offered by the Promoter to the Challenger after a Challenger has pressed the large red button, but before the Winning Minute is revealed.
If the Promoter offers the Challenger a Temptation Prize and the Challenger accepts the Temptation Prize, the Challenger will not be awarded a Major Prize. The Challenger will not win a Major Prize, even in the event the Challenger had selected the Winning Minute.
If the Promoter offers the Challenger a Temptation Prize and the Challenger does not accept the Temptation Prize, the Challenger will not be offered any further Temptation Prize and has forfeited the Temptation Prize in its entirety.
The Promoter is under no obligation to offer a Temptation Prize at any point to any Challenger. The Challenger may, in its sole and absolute discretion, not offer the Temptation Prize to any Challenger.
10.
Entry Restrictions
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
6:00AM AEST and 9:00AM AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
11.
Draw Details
Clause 4
Five (5) draws will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 6:00am on Wednesday 4 September 2024 and 6:00am on Friday 6 September 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entrant drawn from each draw will be contacted in accordance with the Entry Method above and invited to participate in the Major Challenge.

Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, comprising of: - AUD $100,000 (incl. GST).
Temptation Prize
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, comprising of: - Up to AUD $2,000 (incl. GST).

Prize Restrictions

The Temptation Prize varies in value between AUD $0 to AUD $2,000 (incl. GST). The Promoter is under no obligation to offer the Temptation Prize to any entrant.
The Temptation Prize will only be offered to Challengers who are participating in the Major Challenge. No other entrant will be offered the Temptation Prize at any time.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $510,000 (incl GST).
