Terms and Conditions
1. Your participation in this Competition constitutes your deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Patient Wolf Distilling Co. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that tampers with the entry process or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
In order to constitute a valid entry into the Competition, entrants must enter their name, email address, postcode in the typeform link. Entrants may not enter the competition multiple times. Entrants agree to sign up to Patient Wolf, CAPI Sparkling and Cactus Country's mailing lists by entering.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The competition commences on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and completes Wednesday 23rd October 2024.
The winner will be picked at random on Thursday 24 October 2024. The winners will receive:
- 2 x Admission to Cactus Country
- 1 x Night’s Accommodation at The Paddock at Ulupna

The prize DOES NOT INCLUDE flights or transport costs for any entrant that is not located in Victoria.5. The winners’ selection will take place on Thursday 24 October 2024. The Promoter’s office is located at 34-36 Market Street, Southbank, VIC, 3006.
6. The prize winners will be notified by either email or phone number by 31st October. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive.
7. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
8. Prize/s must be claimed within 3 days of contact. If prize is not claimed Patient Wolf Distilling Co. reserves the right to draw new winners within 3 days after being first contacted.
10. The use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Competition repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
11. Employees of the Promoters are not eligible to enter this Competition.
12. You must be over the age of 18 to enter and resident in Australia.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to the following:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry, prize, or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
5. any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; and use of the prize.
Legal Drinking Age: Patient Wolf Distilling Co. supports the responsible service of alcohol and will never supply alcohol to minors. You need to be over the Legal Drinking age to enter this competition.
