1. The Promoter
CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group (“Promoter”).
2. Terms of Entry
(a) Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEDT on Thursday 3 October 2024 until 11.59pm AEST on Wednesday 30 October 2024 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s websites:

www.epharmacy.com.au/competitions/sunsense-beach-cart-win(a) Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
(b) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(c) Entry is conditional upon buying any SunSense product during the Competition Period in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist or E-Pharmacy and providing proof of such transaction in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above websites.
(d) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(e) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
(f) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions:
(i) only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and
(ii) each receipt must evidence a single transaction referred to in paragraph 2(d).
6. Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter.
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
(iv) Any immediate family members of any of the abovementioned parties.
7. Prize a
(a) 1 winner per day for the Competition Period (28 days) will receive an Easterly Pull-About Beach Cart valued at RRP $475.
(b) 28 winners in total.
(c) Total prize value: $13,300
8. Selecting the Winners
(a) All competition winners will be randomly selected by the Promoter using random number generator software on Thursday 31 October 2024 at 3.00pm AEST. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072. There will be a total of 28 winners drawn.
(b) The Promoter will notify all competition winners by SMS or email by 5.00pm Thursday 31 October 2024. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the Competition winners within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
(c) If within one month after the determination of the winners of the Competition, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by a winner, the Promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize cannot be delivered, the Promoter must notify the relevant State or Territory authority and, subject to the State or Territory authority’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the authority.
(d) If a prize/s is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Thursday 28 November 2024 at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish these details on the below sites on Thursday 28 November 2024 by 5:00pm. The re drawn winner/s will be contacted in writing on Thursday 28 November 2024.

www.epharmacy.com.au/competitions/sunsense-beach-cart-win(a) A person claiming to be a prize winner will be required to provide proof of identity, their age and place of residence and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
(b) Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
(c) Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. Publication of winner’s details
(a) The Promoter will publish the Competition winners on the following websites on Thursday 31 October 2024 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.

(b) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and the winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(d) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
(e) If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
