                Eligible Entrants
Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or older who hold a valid Australian Drivers’ licence (please refer to clauses 2 and 3 of the Conditions of Entry for additional eligibility requirements). Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent to enter.
* Entrants that use a private email relay function that hides the personal information of the entrants are not eligible.

The Competition will be conducted in all participating McDonald’s restaurants of the Promoter in Australia which are participating in the 30 Days, 30 Deals promotion.

A Participating Restaurant may cease to be a Participating Restaurant if circumstances arise due to the COVID-19 crisis or other event or circumstance beyond reasonable control that cause the Participating Restaurant to close or otherwise modify operations.
Where a Participating Restaurant ceases to be a Participating Restaurant, the draw for that Participating Restaurant will take place in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and will be drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants that have entered the Promotion within the Promotional Period (if any).
  
Eligible Products
Each specially marked daily deal as part of the 30 Days 30 Deals Promotion. Excludes orders made via McDelivery.
   To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
1. Download, install and launch the MyMacca’s App on their compatible mobile device. The application is available free of charge and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store for Apple iPhone devices or via Google Play for Android device;
2. Purchase an Eligible Product (Eligible Transaction) via the App from a Participating Restaurant. Electronic receipts must be retained as proof of purchase.
3. Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the Competition once their Eligible Transaction via the App is processed.
*By making an Eligible Product purchase, Eligible Entrants agree to be contacted if they are a winner.
  Products purchased and transactions made not in accordance with the Entry Mechanic (including but not limited to orders made via McDelivery via the MyMacca’s app or third party delivery platforms are not Eligible Products for the purposes of the Competition.

All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be entered into a corresponding promotional stage draw. Non- winning entries will not rollover into any subsequent promotional stage draws.
The draw date for each Promotional Stage is set out below. The draws will take place at Creata, 6/3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh NSW 2120 at 11.00am (Sydney Time) on the dates set out below:

                 Winner Notification
Each winner will be notified via email within one (1) week of the draw. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to their nominated email.
      Unclaimed Prize Draw
In the event of any unclaimed Prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 11.00am (Sydney Time) on 12 March 2025 at Creata, 6/3 Central Ave, Thornleigh NSW 2120 in order to award any Prize(s) if unclaimed by that date.
  
    Publication
   For Prize(s) valued at over AUD$250.00, the first initial, surname and post code only of each Australian winner in the Draw will be published on the promotional site (mobile application) within 14 days of the final Draw.
In the event of any Prize(s) valued at over AUD$250.00 in the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if any), the first initial, surname and post code only of each Australian winner of these Prize(s) (if any) will be published in on the Promotional Site within 14 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
 Prize(s)
 The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during each Promotional Stage within the Competition Period (Eligible Winner) will win one (1) Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Urban Vehicle, valued at up to AUD$23,990 (being the manufacturer’s recommended driveaway price including GST) each.
1. The colour of vehicle prize is subject to availability of colours at the relevant Chery dealership and may take 8-10 weeks for delivery depending on the colour chosen.
2. The prize includes twelve (12) months vehicle registration in the place of residence of the winner, twelve (12) months third party compulsory insurance, on road costs, stamp duty and dealer delivery costs, dependent upon the usual residential address of the winner, but excludes comprehensive insurance, petrol and any other operational costs, which are the responsibility of the winner. All ancillary costs, options, upgrades or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner, not included in the prize and are subject to availability.
3. To be eligible to claim a vehicle prize, the winner must be capable of obtaining motor vehicle registration of the vehicle in his or her name and a licence to use the motor vehicle in accordance with the applicable legislation where the vehicle is collected. If a winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the motor vehicle in his or her name or lawfully use the vehicle, then the winner may, at their own cost, assign the motor vehicle to another person who holds the required licence and has the legal capacity to obtain registration. The Promoter and Chery take no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner acknowledges that they must comply with the registration and licencing requirements in their State or Territory when taking possession of the vehicle prize.
4. The winners (or their parent or legal guardian, if the winner is aged under 18 years) will be contacted by the Promoter to arrange for delivery of the vehicle to their usual residential address or collection of the vehicle from the dealership nearest to their usual residential address, as nominated by the Promoter and Chery in their sole discretion. Upon delivery or collection of the vehicle (as applicable), winners (or their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must provide their current driver’s licence for inspection and demonstrate that the Promoter has arranged the required registration and compulsory insurance in their name (or the name of their parent or legal guardian, if applicable), before the vehicle may be taken or driven away from the collection point. Delivery or collection of the vehicle is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within twenty-
   eight (28) days from the date the winner is notified that they have won (depending on colour chosen). If the vehicle is collected, the winner (or their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) is responsible for all costs incurred by them to travel to and from their place of residence to the nearest Chery dealership to collect the vehicle.
5. The Promoter and Chery accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the prize after the date and time of prize collection by a winner. Any vehicles depicted in any promotional material are not necessarily the same colour or grade as each prize vehicle, and are for illustration purposes only.
 The Promoter will endeavour to issue details of Prizes to each winner within fourteen (14) days of the relevant Draw date via an email detailing the particulars for prize redemption, subject to the verified winner completing Prize collection and registration requirements as set out above and the Promoter completing all required probity and winner verification procedures as set out in these Terms and conditions.
Total maximum value of all Prize(s) awarded in the Competition is up to AUD$95,960.
