1. Eligibility
1. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years old (eligible entrants).
2. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Entry
1. The Promotion commences at 12:00pm on Thursday 27th November 2024 and entries close at 11:59 PM on Saturday 11th December 2024 (promotion period).
2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
• Like and leave a comment on the giveaway post featured on our Instagram grid.
• Follow both @manofmany AND @ebayau Instagram pages.
3. All entries must be hand-typed. No entries will be accepted from computer programs or scripts. People suspected of using computer scripts to enter will be disqualified. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Man of Many and the promoted brand (eBay) will handle your personal information in accordance with Man of Many Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy and eBay’s Privacy Policy to market to you and fulfill the prize. If you do not wish to be contacted, please inform the parties as provided in their respective privacy policies.
3. Prizes and Winning
1. The random prize draw will take place at 1:00 PM on 13th December 2024 at Man of Many, 10/2 Kings Lane, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010, Australia.
2. The winner will be randomly selected by computer.
3. Two (2) prize winners will receive:
• Major Prize: $1,500 eBay gift card
• Minor: 2 x $250 eBay gift cards. Total value of $500 AUD
4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
5. The total prize value will not exceed $10,000.
4. Prize Conditions
1. The winner will be notified via Instagram within two (2) business days of the draw.
2. Once the winner is notified by Man of Many, they must respond with their name, phone number, photo ID, and delivery address within 24 hours of being notified to claim the prize.
3. In the event that a prize is unclaimed, or if the winner informs Man of Many they do not wish to accept the prize, a new prize draw will be conducted on 15th December 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a new winner is drawn, they will be contacted via Instagram within one (1) business day.
5. General Conditions
1. Man of Many encourages participants to follow all Instagram guidelines and community standards.
