Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on behalf of that entrant and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the Prize.

If using Spotify
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Site as follows:
(i) login to the entrant’s Spotify account and follow the prompts; and
By an entrant connecting their Spotify account an entrant agreed that they will automatically:
A. follow the James Blunt artist page on Spotify (“Official Artist Spotify Page”)
B. follow the James Blunt playlist entitled “James Blunt: Complete” on Spotify (“Spotify Playlist”); and
(ii) accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions,
in order to receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw in accordance with the Prize Draw details below.
When an entrant follows the Official Artist Spotify Page and the Spotify Playlist, Spotify will collect an entrant’s Spotify account registration data (name, username, email address, and country). If an entrant connects to the service using credentials from a Third-Party Application (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use of Spotify) (e.g., Facebook), an entrant authorises Spotify to collect an entrant’s authentication information (i.e. an entrant’s username and encrypted access credentials) which Spotify will then collect via such Third Party Application. Spotify may also collect other information available on or through an entrant’s Third-Party Application account (i.e. name, profile picture, country, hometown, email address, date of birth, gender, friends’ names and profile pictures, and networks).
Maximum Number of Entries
Unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate valid Spotify/Apple Music account with associated separate valid email address and must independently comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Prize Claim Date
Prize must be claimed within three (3) months of the Winner Notification Date. If a winner has not claimed the Prize within the Prize claim period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date at the Prize Draw Location to award the Prize to another entrant.
