Promotional period: Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEDT on 04/12/24 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 07/01/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia residents who are 18 years and over.

How to enter
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete all the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any bottle of participating Cupio products (“Eligible Product”) from any Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). b) visit the promotion website and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, email address, State/Territory of residence, postcode and phone number), and upload a copy of their purchase receipt from the Participating Store.
Entrants will be immediately notified on screen in writing whether or not they have provisionally won an instant prize, and, if so, provided details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize. All provisional instant winners are subject to verification. Upon verification, winners will be sent their instant prize.

Major Prize draw details
The draw for the Major Prize will take place at Suite 4, Level 2, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 21/01/2025 at 11:00am AEDT. The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Prize conditions and receipt requirement
There is a maximum of one prize per person under this Promotion, except if the entrant is a resident of South Australia, in which case there is no limit on the number of prizes which may be won under the Promotion, subject to these Conditions of Entry.
Winners of Instant Prizes will be validated before an Instant Prize is provided. Instant Prizes will be delivered to the winner by email. Validation and award of Instant Prizes may be delayed due to public holidays over the Christmas and New Year period.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Instant Prize are not included. Any unused balance of the Instant Prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Instant Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the digital gift card.
The Major Prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT). The winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for ALL entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries promptly when requested may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter (acting reasonably), result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Major Prize Winner notification
The winner [of the Major Prize] will be notified by email and phone within two (2) days of the draw. The winners’ first initials, last names and postcodes will be published online, on 23/01/2025.
The winner of the Major Prize must claim the prize by 5pm on 19/02/25.
Unclaimed prizes: A draw for any prize that is won, but remains unclaimed, may take place on 20/02/2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) days of the draw. The winners’ first initials, last names and postcodes will be published online on 24/02/2025.
