Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, who have fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions ('Eligible Entrants').
Employees, contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter, their franchisees, agents, or Related Bodies Corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.

www.begents.com.au, follow the links and join My Begents (if not already a member). Club members will be sent a link to enter monthly via email and must follow the instructions provided in the email.
* It is free to join ‘My Begents’. The members have the benefit of joining the monthly chance to win $500 Begents gift card, exclusive membership discounts and invitations to VIP sales events.
Printing and other quality-control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant-win game materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.
Number of Entries permitted: Entrants may only enter this competition once. If any entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries, their entries may be invalidated.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
The competition commences on the first of each month and end on the last day of each month ('Promotional Period'). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
The winners will be those who are notified instantly on screen in accordance with the method outlined in clause 6, subject to the Promoter verifying each winner is an Eligible Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
* New sets of winners will be determined each month during the Promotional Period. The winners will be determined instantly on the basis of a draw using an electronic system that chooses the winner at random and sends an automated notification email. Allocations of prizes are subject to each winner being an Eligible Entrant and submitting an entry pursuant to these terms and conditions.
