TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Götzinger Smallgoods whose Instagram handle is @gotzingersmallgoods. The "Prize" refers to two (2) weekend passes to the three (3) Meatstock Australia events (Toowoomba, Bendigo and Sydney).

Competition start date: 31/1/2025
Competition closing date: 11.59pm AEST. 23/2/2025
Draw date: 24/2/2025
Draw time: 12.00pm AEST.
Draw Method: Electronic random draw.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST on 23/2/2025. Three (3) winners within Australia will be selected at random by The Promoter on 24/2/25 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
If a winner does not respond to the email stating their win before the 11.59pm midnight AEST on 26/2/2025, then there will be a redraw for The Prize they did not claim.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via the form linked to the Götzinger Smallgoods website. They must state their first and last name, email address and which Meatstock 2025 event they wish to attended.
The Prize will be awarded to three (3) randomly selected winners who have entered, using an electronic random draw. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Entrants must live within Australia.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Only one entry per email address per competition will be accepted.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The winners will be notified of their success via email.
The first and last name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested to enable fulfilment of the Prize
Once the winner has responded to claim their prize, they will be contacted by The Promoter to arrange the exchange of the prize.
Should circumstances outside the Promoter’s control occur, which cause a delay in delivery of the Prize, the Promoter will not be liable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not held responsible for loss or misplacement of prize one exchanged with the winner. Meatstock or FAT APPLE EVENT CO. PTY LTD is not affiliated with this competition. It is not The Promoter's responsibility if the entrant does not attend the event.
Accomodation and transportation of any form is not the responsibility of The Promoter.
