2. Competition Criteria and Eligibility
The competition is open to QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees of Job Futures Ltd trading as CoAct and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens 10:00 AM AEST on Friday 3rd January 2025 and closes 10:00 AM AEST on Monday 17th February 2025.
4. Prize Details
Winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday 18th February 2025 and winners will be notified via email by Friday 21st February 2025. Winners will also be posted on Facebook and Instagram.

5. Prize Delivery
The prize will be posted to winners once mailing address details have been provided to CoAct. The prize will be posted NSW no later than 3 days after the mailing address has been received.
The items will be tracked and recipients will be notified of the expected date of arrival.
6. Liability
The Promoter will not take responsibility for misdirected, late or lost email; or prize items damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any competition items except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on the Promoter’s website. The personal information collected as part of the competition is collected to enable completion of the competition and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be used by the Promoter and Service Partners for these purposes.
