8. Prize Claim Period
Major Prize Winner(s) must claim their Prize within ninety (90) calendar days of being notified.
Minor Prize Winner(s) must claim their Prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of being notified.
9. Method of Entry
Entrants must complete all of the following:
1. complete the Sushi Sushi Summer Giveaway entry form at www.sushisushi.com.au/win by filling in all the required data fields on the entry form or completing the entry form available on the Promotors Meta platforms (https://www.facebook.com/SushiSushiAUS/ or https://www.instagram.com/sushisushiaus) ; and

3 Major Prize Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, 22 April 2025 by computerised random selection from the pool of Valid Entries.
The draws will take place at 11am AEDT at Level 2, 545 Blackburn Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 (“Major Prize Draw”).

On each individual Minor Prize Draw the Promoter will draw the following number of
prizes, in the following order:
1. 50 x 4th Prize Winners;
2. 50 x 5th Prize Winners; and
3. 20 x 6th Prize Winners.
For the avoidance of doubt, winning / not winning a Minor Prize Draw does not preclude a Valid Entrant from winning further Minor Prize Draws or the Major Prize Draw. There is no limit to the number of times an Entrant can win.

13. Winner Notification
Minor Prize Winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of their respective Minor Prize Draw.
Major Prize Winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of their respective Major Prize Draw.
1st Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address if the David Bromley original painting is selected or to the Winners nominated bank account if the $10,000.00 cash is selected.
2nd Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address
1st Prize and 2nd Prize Deliveries greater than 20km from the Winners nearest metropolitan area will be made to the Winners elected Sushi Sushi Store.
3rd Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated email address
4th Prize(s), 5th Prize(s) and 6th Prize(s) will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated email address
