How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any product from the NESCAFÉ Blend 43® range (including either specially marked or non- specially marked products) from any participating retailer in Australia (including Australian online participating retailers) which displays advertising for this Promotion ("Participating Venues");
visit online and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and postcode) upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction.
The winners will be notified on screen if they are an Instant Prize Winner, subject to verification. They will also receive an email relating to the prize. If they have not won an Instant Win Prize, they will not receive an e-mail. All non-winning Instant Win Prize entries will be automatically placed in a Second Chance Draw.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the store/online store of purchase, the receipt/invoice number, that the product(s) purchased are Participating Product(s) and that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Instant Win Details:
There are 2,025 Instant Win prizes available to be won in this Promotion. All Instant Win prizes are randomly awarded using an electronic drawing system at Mars United Commerce, 802/558 Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065. The Promoter will conduct a draw prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period (at 10am AEDT on 19 February 2025) where it will identify 2,025 Winning Moments (“Winning Moment”) between the start and end of the Promotional Period. The first valid entry received after a pre-determined Winning Moment will be deemed a provisional Instant Prize Winner subject to verification.
Instant Win prize draws: Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.

Unclaimed Prizes:
The Instant Win Prize Winners must claim their prize by 22 September 2025 by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.
All unwon Instant Win Prizes (or won but not claimed), or where a selected entry is deemed invalid, or the prize is otherwise forfeited, a further draw from all remaining entries into the promotion will occur to distribute prizes. The redraw will take place at Mars United Commerce; 802/558 Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065 at 12pm AEST on 25 September 2025. The draw is electronic, and the winners will be selected at random. The winners, if any, will be notified by email within five (5) business days and their details will be published (initial of first name, surname and postcode) at
