The Promotion is open to existing Soulmate Loyalty members and any new members who join the Soul Origin Soulmate Loyalty program during the Promotion Period.
You must be an Australian resident 18 years of age or older to become a Soulmate Loyalty member.
Exclusions

Entry
(a) The Promotion is a game of chance.

5. Entrants are solely responsible for their Entries and any information they transmit to other users. 1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). To the extent of any inconsistency between the Terms and any other published material, these Terms will prevail.

Eligibility
5. Entry is open to the Entrants, excluding the Exclusions.
6. The Promotion will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity in order to claim a Prize. Proof of identification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Entry
8. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
9. Entrants must personally and manually submit an Entry using an internet browser. The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using automated entry means or a computer entry service. This includes but is not limited to, Entrants using multiple Soul Origin Loyalty membership numbers to register multiple Entries or scripting software.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, comply with these Terms.
11. All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
Prizes
12. The prize consists of the Prize, valued at the Total Prize Value.
13. The Winner’s use of the Prize, is subject to:
(a) the Prize Conditions; and
(b) additional terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers of the Prize (if any), with which the Winner must comply.
14. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
15. The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms. No alternative will be provided, and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as such.
16. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any Voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the Prize.
18. If there is a dispute as to an Entrant’s identity, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the Entrant’s identity.
19. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
20. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
21. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of or in relation to this Promotion including in relation to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) use of the Prize;
(d) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter), including loss of opportunity, due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
(e) use of the Prize, except for any or all of the above matters in relation to the Promotion for which liability under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law).
Major Draw
22. The Major Draw will take place at Soul Origin, 580 Parramatta Road, Petersham NSW 2049 at 10am AEST on 10 April 2025. The Promoter may draw additional reserve Entries and record them in the event an invalid Entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. The Winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Major Draw and be required to claim their prize by 1 May 2025.
Further Terms and Conditions
23. The winner of the Major Draw will have their name (first initial, surname and postcode) published online at
www.soulorigin.com.au on 30 April 2025.
24. In the event the major prize winner does not claim the prize by 1 May 2025, an unclaimed ptize draw will be held at the same time and location as the original draw on 2 May 2025. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing and published (first initial, surname and postcode) at
www.soulorigin.com.au on 2 May 2025.
25. Each Entrant agrees that they are fully responsible for their Entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability in relation to Entries submitted under this Promotion. The Promoter may remove any Entry without notice for any reason whatsoever.
26. If an Entrant’s contact details change between the date of entry and the Prize Draw, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of their updated contact details.
27. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. If for any reason this Promotion cannot run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter corrupting or affecting the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter can, at its sole discretion, take any action that may be available, and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory regulatory authorities.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if an Entrant who claims to be a Prize Winner is unable to satisfy these Terms.
30. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time at its discretion by posting the revised Terms on its Website. Entrants should regularly check the Promoter’s Website for any updates. By entering the Promotion, Entrants are deemed to have accepted the version of these Terms that applies at the time.
31. Any additional costs associated with redeeming a Major Prize Gift Voucher are not covered. Any unused balance on the Major Prize Gift Voucher will not be exchanged for cash. Redemption of the Gift Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including any conditions outlined on the Gift Voucher.
32. Entrants are responsible for any cost associated with accessing the Promotion Website.
33. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
Privacy Notice
34. The Promoter collects personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this Promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these Terms, but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
35. Entrant’s personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to conduct the Promotion, publicise the name of the Major Winners and where Entrants have consented to the receipt of such information, send Entrants marketing, advertising and promotional mater.
36. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers (including those outside Australia), and where required, to regulatory authorities.
37. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
38. The Promoter will collect and store all personal information in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and the APPs as well as its privacy policy, available at

39. Subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic communications or contacting the entrant by phone. This use may continue indefinitely unless the entrant advises otherwise.
40. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside Australia (for a list of countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the APPs. By entering the Promotion, Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the APPs and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
