To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) spend at least $30 on eligible products (see list below) in one (1) transaction from any participating BWS stores within Australia (excluding NT stores) displaying promotional material (including online) ("Participating Venues"); and
b) visit
https://bws.com.au/win/Big-cash-bash, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and state/territory of residence) and proof of purchase (receipt/order number for the qualifying spend).
Eligible Products:
• Bundaberg Rum bottles and Premix;
• Smirnoff Vodka bottles and Premix;
• Gordons Gin bottles and Premix;
• Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur bottles;
• Captain Morgan Rum bottles and Premix; and
• Johnnie Walker Whisky bottles and Premix.
Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a receipt/order number for the qualifying spend.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry. All entries will be eligible to win the Major Prize.
Major Draw:
The Major Draw will take place on 23/05/25.
The first two (2) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the Major Prize specified in the Schedule.
Daily Draws:
There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period (based on local time) for a total of 36 days and draws. Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional
Period, entries will be open from 12:01am local time and close at 11:59pm local time each day of the Promotional Period.
All Daily Draws will take place on 23/05/25. Non-winning entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into subsequent Daily Draw(s).
The first fifteen (15) valid entries drawn in each Daily Draw will be the winners of the Minor Prize specified in this Schedule for that draw.
The first two (2) valid entries drawn in the Major Prize draw (“Participants”) will win the opportunity to each play a contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win AUD$250,000.
Game one (1) will take place on 25/07/25 at 11:00am AEST. Game two (2) will take place on 25/07/25 at 2:00pm AEST.
Each Game will be facilitated virtually via Zoom. The Zoom link will be provided by the Promoter.
Each Game will involve one (1) Participant picking a number from one (1) to thirty (30) that directly correlate to thirty (30) envelopes which have been pre-determined prior to the Event – two (2) envelopes will contain a message representing the winning symbols, the other twenty-eight (28)
envelopes will each contain a message representing the non-winning symbols.
The two (2) Participants will pick two numbers from one (1) to thirty (30).
A representative of the Promoter will then select and open the envelopes with the numbers selected by each Participant.
Each Participant may only choose two (2) numbers from their own unique set of thirty (30) envelopes.
If there is any dispute as to the number selected by a Participant, the Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final.
If a Participant is found to have breached any conditions for playing the Game or participating in this Promotion, he/she may be disqualified by the Promoter. If a Participant selects the numbers correlating to the two (2) envelopes containing the winning symbols, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $250,000. If a Participant selects a number
correlating to an envelope containing a non-winning symbol(s), then subject to verification by the judges, the Participant will win a $15,000 (“Consolation Prize”).
The major winner's odds of winning the $250,000, are 1 in 60.
All winners will be contacted by email and phone within seven (7) days of the corresponding draw.
