These terms and conditions apply to the ongoing T@g Us & Win Competition. The Promoter is Dendy Cinemas Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 95 002 033 605. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to persons who tag Dendy Cinemas in a photo on Facebook or Instagram during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Persons"). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promotion commences 5:00pm ADT on 29/02/2025 and remains ongoing until further notice. ("Promotional Period"). To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, take a photo at Dendy Powerhouse, upload it to Facebook (via a Facebook story or Facebook post) or Instagram (via an Instagram story or post), and tag Dendy Cinemas' Facebook (@dendypowerhouse) or Instagram (@dendy.au) within their post. Only one entry is valid per person per week. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Dendy Cinemas will not allow any third party to access information of any participant. The personal information and entry supplied by Entrants when entering this Promotion will be collected and used by Dendy Cinemas for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion including but not limited to, determining the winner of the Promotion internally, and further advertising of the Promotion via our cinema advertising and digital marketing and social media channels. There will be 1 x winner each week who will receive two complimentary tickets to use at Dendy Powerhouse at an upcoming screening of the winner's choice. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Dendy Cinemas reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
