Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Outlets (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
A participating outlet is any liquor retail outlet that stocks McGuigan Wines and is displaying the Promotional Point of Sale as well as their online store where applicable (“Participating Outlet”).
Promotion commences at 09:00am AEDT on 3rd March 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5th May 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any McGuigan Wines product from any Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). Individuals must ensure that they receive a purchase receipt for their Qualifying Purchase, if one is not automatically provided to them.
To enter, individuals must then scan the QR code found on the in-store point of sale or visit winwithmcguiganwines.com.au (directly), follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the required details as prompted, upload a copy of the purchase receipt, and submit the fully completed online entry form during the Promotional Period.
PRIZE DRAW
There will be one (1) draw conducted at the end of the Promotional Period (“Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw will take place at Suite 4, Level 2, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 11am AEST on 12th May 2025. The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn. GENERAL
The Australian Vintage Escape prize is valid for travel until 30th June 2026. Block out periods include Australian school holiday dates, public holiday dates and any other special event periods. All bookings and inclusions regarding the Travel Prize must be made via the promoter’s chosen travel agent, Two Feet Agency Ltd. Redeeming the prize is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions as detailed by the promoter and in accordance with normal travel practises. All travel is subject to availability and may be dependent on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All bookings must be made a minimum 60 days prior to requested departure dates. All airline and accommodation options are at the promoter’s discretion. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and not transferable. Where the prize participant is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once the booking is approved and issued. Additional spending money, meals and other additional costs, including but not limited to travel and insurance excesses that is not listed in the travel prize package inclusions are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their travel companions.
Subject to validation, the Prezzee Smart eGift Card will be delivered via email within seven (7) business days to the email address advised at the point of entry.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
In addition to the above, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries where multiple entries have been submitted using the same receipt or receipt number, where the same receipt or receipt number is used by multiple entrants, or where entrants submit multiple entries with slight variations in email addresses or other details. Any attempt to jeopardise the integrity of the Promotion will, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all suspicious and/or questionable entries invalid. If the Promoter suspects that there has been any sharing of receipts or manufacturing fake/duplicate receipts, for the purposes of submitting multiple invalid entries, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate those entries without further notice to entrants.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show a Participating Product purchased in full and from a Participating Outlet. Screenshots of bank statements or bank transactions are ineligible and will result in invalidation.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per McGuigan Wines product purchased; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
