ENTRY DETAILS
A. Competition Period Entry is open from Thursday 20 March 2025 at 9:00AM AEDT and closes on Sunday
13 April 2025 at 11:59PM AEST. Entry can only be made during the Competition
Period.
B. Eligibility You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry and be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, be a Disney+ subscriber with an active
entitlement at the time of entry and as of the Selection Date, not be ineligible
under clause 4 of the Standard Terms and Conditions and must not have breached
these Terms and Conditions. By “resident” we mean Australian or New Zealand
citizens and permanent residents.
C. How to Enter During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:
i. Go to the competition landing page located at
https://signup.disney.com.au/disney-plus-perks-kardashians-experience-competition (“Competition Page”);
ii. complete the contact information form on the Competition Page;
(“the Entry”).
Failure to include all of the above-mentioned information will result in the Entry
being deemed invalid.
D. Entry Limits One (1) per person. Each person is eligible to win one (1) prize, subject to state
legislation.
E. Prize Details There will be one (1) prize to be won as follows:
A trip for up to two (2) adults aged 21 years or older (one of which is the winner)
(together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary to Los Angeles,
including:
• Return economy class airfares for the Group departing from the major
international airport closest to the winner’s residence in Australia or New
Zealand (“Departure Airport”) arriving in Los Angeles International
Airport (“LAX”) and departing from LAX returning to the Departure
Airport, with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by
Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD$6,400
including airfare related taxes and charges;
• Six (6) nights five-star hotel accommodation for the Group sharing one
standard room at a hotel in Los Angeles selected by Disney in its sole
discretion (parking not included), valued at up to AUD$7,200 including
room tax (“Accommodation”);
• Spending money for the total amount of AUD$1,000;
• A gift card to spend at Saks Fifth Avenue, valued at AUD$1,000.00;
• A dinner experience at Nobu Malibu valued at AUD$500.00;
• Lunch at The Beverly Hills Hotel valued at AUD$400; and
• Spa treatment of choice at the Beverly Hills Hotel spa valued at AUD $800
Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
(together, the “Prize”)
The total competition prize pool is valued at $17,300.00AUD, INCLUSIVE OF GST.
The Prize excludes:
• any domestic flights within the winner’s country of residence or any other
transportation from/to the winner’s residence to/from the Departure
Airport;
• baggage fees;
• insurance (health, travel, medical);
• parking fees;
• room service, laundry service, or spa treatments;
• food or beverages;
• merchandise, souvenirs
• incidental expenses;
• local or long-distance telephone calls;
• tips, gratuities, service charges;
• federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the Prize; and
• costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize.
The winner must liaise with Disney or its appointed agent to complete the
bookings for the Prize within 45 days of notification and no less than sixty (60)
days prior to departure. Travel must be completed no later than 31 December
2025.
Blackout dates apply. In particular, the Prize cannot be taken during Australian
school holidays, public holidays (in Australia or USA) or other peak periods,
including but not limited to the following dates:
- 12 December 2025 – 30th January 2026; and
- 1 – 15 April 2026.
Other restrictions, terms and conditions as determined by Disney also apply to the
Prize and will be notified to the winner.
F. Winner Selection 12:00PM AEDT on Monday 14 April 2025 (the “Selection Date”).
G. Notification of
Winners
The winner will be notified by phone and via email on or around 14 April 2025 (the
“Notification Date”). The winner will be contacted no later than 15 April 2025. All
reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
The winner’s last name, initial of their first name and postcode will be published
on the Competition Page within 30 days of the Winner Selection and Unclaimed
Prize Draw and will remain published on the Competition Page for a minimum of
28 days from the Notification Date.
H. Prize Claim Deadline Upon notification (as detailed at Item G), winner(s) must claim their prize by
5:00PM AEDT on Monday 28 April 2025.
I. Unclaimed Prize
Draw If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the
entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim a Prize, an
unclaimed prize draw for the relevant Prize will be carried out Tuesday 29 April
2025 at 12:00PM (AEDT). The winner will be notified by phone and via email on or
around 29 April 2025. The winner will be contacted no later than 30 April 2025. All
reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
If the Prize is not claimed as part of this unclaimed prize draw Disney, in its sole
discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered.
