To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete the following steps: Purchase any two (2) Participating Products (as defined below) in a single transaction for 1 entry into the Promotion, from any participating IGA, The Local Grocer or SUPA VALU stores within Australia which displays advertising material for this promotion (Participating Sites) during the Promotional Period (Eligible Purchase); and Scan the QR code in store or visit online. during the Promotion Period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and street address), and upload a scanned copy or photo of the purchase receipt for the Eligible Purchase from instore or online purchases.
Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a copied receipt for the qualifying transaction.
Entrants can only enter in their own individual capacity and from a social media account which they hold in their own name. Entering under a false name/s may invalidate all entries. Multiple entries under different names may also invalidate all entries at the Promoter’s discretion. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
Eligible Entrants must fill out the online entry form for every entry. You can submit a maximum of 6 entries per person, email address & phone number, household each day, provided that each entry is submitted separately and one entry per receipt in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries will not be accepted in any other way or form or at any other time. Your entry is deemed to have been received when we actually receive it (not when you send it). Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. PRIZE:
The prize is 1 of 200 CC’s Footie Oodie™ Original. Prize does not include insurance, optional extras and accessories or any other ancillary or related costs not stated. The prize will be sent via mail. Prize limit 1 prize per person ( Excludes South Australia).
Confirmation will be emailed to the winner, to the email address specified on entry. The prize will be awarded in the name of the winner, in accordance with the draw conditions.
All details on how to access the prize will be sent to the winner once they have formally acknowledged the prize. Risk of loss or damage to the prize passes to the winner upon delivery.
The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration. The value of each prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. We accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. If a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by us, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
A random electronic draw from all entries received during the Promotion Period will be conducted at Greeneagle 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Reevesby NSW 2212 which will take place at 10.00am AEDT on 30.04.2025. The first 200 complete, eligible entries drawn will win the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to draw 10 additional reserve entries and to record them (in order drawn) in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn as a winner or a winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of determination and will be provided with instructions which they must follow to verify their entry and claim their prize.
Upon verification of their entry, the winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on the website

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

If you are a prize winner and don’t accept or claim your prize by this date, then your entry will be deemed invalid.
An unclaimed prize draw (if required) will be held at the same address as the original draw on 04/06/25 at 10.00am AEDT. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified in writing within 2 business days of determination and the winner’s details ( last name, first initial and postcode) published on the website

To claim your prize, you must follow the instructions set out in the notification message we send to you telling you that you’re a winner. This includes providing verification information regarding your entry, if requested by us. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you, but if you’ve not claimed your prize by the prize claim date specified below, or we determine that your entry is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, then your entry will be declared invalid, and we may award the prize to the next complete and eligible entry drawn.
PRIZE DELIVERY
Once an entrant is deemed valid by the Promoter to have complied with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will declare them a winner and will arrange delivery of the relevant prize no later than 28 days of the winner’s entry being verified and accepted.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect email, mobile number or physical address being provided when entering the promotion or during the verification process, and the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way. We may declare any or all of your entries invalid, and prohibit your further participation in this Promotion, if you:

We and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
