Overview
This ‘Cosy at Home’ Giveaway competition (Competition) is promoted by The Sheet Society Pty Ltd (ABN 13 618 285 886) (we, us or our).
This Competition will be conducted via Sheet Society’s Instagram, EDM, Paid Social Media and Website. KitchenAid Australia (ABN 50 601 363 419), TERRA ENTERPRISES PTY L TD (ABN 61 657 649 299), Life Interiors Pty Ltd (ABN 46 128 945 951) and IN THE ROUNDHOUSE PTY L TD (ABN 41 618 897 573) are each a Prize Provider.
By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
The Competition: begins at 12am AEDT on 31 March 2025; and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 4 May 2025
(Promotion Period)
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals in Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees and contractors of The Sheet Society Pty Ltd (ABN 13 618 285 886), KitchenAid Australia (ABN 50 601 363 419), TERRA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 61 657 649 299), Life Interiors Pty Ltd (ABN 46 128 945 951) and IN THE ROUNDHOUSE PTY LTD (ABN 41 618 897 573) (and their Immediate Families), our Related Bodies Corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
We are responsible for determining whether a person is eligible to enter in its absolute discretion.
3. How to enter
This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.
To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period: Enter an email address into the sign-up platform via The Sheet Society's website (an Eligible Entry).
You are eligible to receive an additional entry to the Promotion by follow on Instagram the accounts of: @sheetsociety @kitchenaidaunz @double.online.au lifeinteriors; and intheroundhouse (An Addtional Entry).
You need a valid email address to enter the Competition.
This Competition is is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media PLatform or sign-up platform
If choosing to gain an Additional Entry, your profile settings on the Social Media Platform must be set to public. Any entry submitted using a private profile setting will be invalid.
You may submit multiple Eligible Entries under clause 2(b) above, provided that each entry (i.e., email address entered into the sign-up platform) is unique.
We will not accept entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period.
The time of each entry will be the time and date of your entry.
We may, at any time: verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence); and disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be invalid at our discretion.
We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right, acting reasonably, to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.
4. Draw
There will be one (1) winner (the Winner)
The Winner will be randomly drawn by one of our representatives using a random number generator. Our representative will verify that the entry is a valid Eligible Entry or Additional Entry.
We will conduct the draw at: 35-37 Tinning Street, Brunswick 3056 Victoria; and on Monday, 5 May 2025.
If any entry drawn is invalid or the entrant is ineligible, we will reconduct the draw in the same manner described at clause 4(b) above until a winner whose entry is an Eligible Entry or valid Additional Entry is drawn.
5. Outcome
5.1. Notifying prize recipients
The winner will be privately notified on Wednesday, 7 May 2025 by email from The Sheet Society PTY LTD.
5.3 General
Entries and entrants' social media handles may be published on our websites and social media pages, and in any other promotional material that we consider relevant. By entering the Competition, you consent to us recording your details, including your social media handle.
It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change.
Our draw and decision on the Winner is final.
6. Prizes
The total prize pool for this Competition is AUD $4,949 (inclusive of GST)
The Winner will receive the following: 1 x Sheet Society gift voucher valued at ($1,500) 1 x KitchenAid KSM195 Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer valued at a recommended retail price of AUD $949; 1 x Life Interiors Gift Voucher valued at $1,000; 1 x In the Roundhouse Gift Voucher valued at $500; (collectively, the Prize)
Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on 19 March 2025. We accept no responsibility for any change in prize value on the date the prize is redeemed.
We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) to a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements.
The Prize will be delivered to the Winner's nominated delivery address within 28 days of us being notified of the Winner's nominated delivery address.
7. Claiming the prize
To claim the Prize, respond to the communication we sent you in accordance with clause 5.1 (which notification notifies you that you have won) with your full name, postcode, mobile number and nominated Australian delivery address.
The Prize must be claimed as offered within 7 days of the winners being notified of the outcome of the draw, subject to product availability.
Any part of the Prize may be replaced with something of similar value or specification if it is unavailable or out of stock, subject to required regulatory approval.
The Prize is not transferable, saleable or redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent.
You should seek independent advice, including financial advice, as implications (such as tax) may arise as a result of claiming the Prize.
You must comply with all terms and conditions of use of the Prize.
8. Redraw
8.1 General
If a winner does not claim their prize within the prescribed time, we will conduct a redraw:
using the same method of draw specified in clause 4(b);
at 35-37 Tinning Street, Brunswick 3056, Victoria; and
on 21 May 2025
8.2 Outcome
The winner of a redraw will be notified on 23 May 2025 by email from The Sheet Society Ptd Ltd.
The last name, initial and postcode of the Winner will be published within 30 days from the date the Draw, or Re-Draw (as applicable) for a period of 28 days, unless a winner specifically requests that their name and postcode not be published. This information will be made available on the Terms Webpage.
9. Entries
We own all entries submitted and attain use of email entries to our own email database, including any Intellectual Property Rights comprised in the entries and their content. As part of participating in this Promotion, you consent to us providing this information and licensing any Intellectual Property Rights to the Prize Providers.
You are responsible for the entry you submit, including its content (such as text, images, photos and videos) and any accompanying comments.
We are not liable in any way for your entry to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may remove or delete any entry without notice for any reason whatsoever.
You warrant and agree that: you will not submit any entry that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that we could reasonably consider to be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; you will obtain prior written consent from any person that appears or is reasonably identifiable in your entry before submitting it; you will obtain prior written consent from any person who has jointly created or has rights in your entry to these Terms and our privacy policy; your entry does not contain viruses and will not cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computers or communication systems.
10. Personal Information
Entries will be entered into the databases of us and the Prize Providers.
By entering this Competition, you consent to us: using your Personal Information to conduct the Competition and communicate with you if you win a prize; ii. publishing your Personal Information, or disclosing your Personal Information to State and Territory lottery departments, as required by relevant laws; and using your name and likeness in any media, worldwide, for an unlimited period for promotional purposes without payment to you, including for the purposes of promoting this Competition and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us or our Related Bodies Corporate.

11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any liabilities, claims, actions, and demands of whatsoever kind or nature (including in relation to personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage or expense), either in law or equity, which directly arises or may in the future directly arise, directly resulting from, or directly in relation to, the Competition, other than to the extent caused by use;Neither party will be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kinds or loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Competition, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if the party had been advised of the possibility of such damages. 12. Disruption to competition If, for any reason, this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to a Force Majeure Event, including where such circumstance corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we will, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify you of the Force Majeure Event and take all reasonable steps to minimise disruption and may, to the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant who tampers or interferes with the entry process; or subject to required regulatory approval, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Competition, as reasonably appropriate. Any entrant found to be using a form of software or third party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) will have all entries invalidated and any claim to a prize will be invalidated. If you have already received a prize, you must (at your cost) immediately return it to us. We may request any documentation we consider necessary to assist with our assessment. 13. General Any failure to enforce any of our rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any part of these Terms that is illegal, void or unenforceable may be severed, and the remainder will continue in force. This Competition and any issues relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. AEDT means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, acts of war, riots, vandalism, failure or shortage of power supplies or other essential utility, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine or other widespread or serious threat to human health (including an outbreak or recurrence), strike, a change in applicable law, government imposed shutdown or closure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures.
