Banora Shopping Village – Major Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. The competition commences on Monday 24 March and ends at 12noon on Wednesday 30 April
2025.
2. To enter, customers are required to spend $10 or more at any specialty store or $50 or more at
Woolworths Banora Point in one transaction. Excludes: Helloworld Travel Banora Point, First
National Real Estate, Banora Shopping Village Medical Centre, R&B’s Optometrists, Coastal Dental
Care Banora Point & Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology.
3. All transactions must be made in the physical stores at Banora Shopping Village. No online receipts
will be accepted.
4. Only one (1) entry can be submitted per person, per transaction.
5. A Free Entry Form will be printed in the Tweed Valley Weekly on 27 March, 3 April, 10 April & 17
April 2025. Only one (1) Free Entry Form obtained from the Tweed Valley Weekly can be submitted
per person, per week.
6. Entrants are required to complete a printed Entry Form and place it in the Entry Box at the
Woolworths entrance with a receipt attached or fill out an online Entry Form and upload a copy of
their receipt.
7. Prize Pool consists of twelve (12) Major Prizes and thirty (30) Weekly Prizes.
8. The Major Prize pool consists of the following prizes
a. $3,000 Helloworld Travel Banora Point Gift Voucher
b. $1,500 Helloworld Travel Banora Point Gift Voucher
c. 10 x $250 Woolworths Gift Cards
9. The Major Prizes and final Weekly Draw will be drawn on Wednesday 30 April at 12.30pm at Banora
Shopping Village located at 3 Leisure Drive, Banora Point NSW 2486.
10. The Weekly Prize pool consists of the following prizes
a. 30 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards
11. The Weekly Prize Pool will be drawn on the following dates at Banora Shopping Village and BT Marketing
located at Shop 25, Coorparoo Square, Cnr Cavendish Rd & Holdsworth St, Coorparoo QLD 4151. Six
(6) entrants will be drawn each week.
a. 6 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards drawn Wednesday 2 April
b. 6 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards drawn Wednesday 9 April
c. 6 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards drawn Wednesday 16 April
d. 6 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards drawn Wednesday 23 April
e. 6 x $100 Woolworths Gift Cards drawn Wednesday 30 April
12. Total Prize pool is valued at $10,000.
13. Winners of the Weekly Draw will also be eligible for the Major Prize Draw.
14. The prizes are subject to any Terms and Conditions defined on the Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
16. Customers must be 18 years or over to enter.

17. Proof of identification is required to collect the prize.
18. Winners must collect their prize from Banora Shopping Village.
19. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
a. Tenants of Banora Shopping Village
b. Employees of Tenants of Banora Shopping Village
c. Contractors of Banora Shopping Village and their employees
d. Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
20. The winners consent to having their name used and photograph taken for advertising purposes.
21. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Banora Shopping Village, whose decision will be
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these
Terms and Conditions or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning a Prize, the Promoter
reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw
for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
23. The competition is promoted by Banora Shopping Village, 3 Leisure Drive, Banora Point NSW 2486.
24. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being entered into a database and accept that
maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
25. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can
contact the promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter
stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes
related to the promotion of Banora Shopping Village and its retailers; the information on them is not
usually disclosed to third party organisations; failure to provide all the information required to make a
valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning entry form.
26. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person
or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
27. This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of a smoking
product or of smoking products generally. Therefore, in accordance with applicable State Legislation,
purchases of smoking products are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this promotion
and therefore are excluded from being used to form an entry.
28. Receipts from payment of Accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Purchases of prescription
medication and gaming related products are excluded from being used to form an entry.
29. Prize winners will be contacted by phone. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner,
however if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will
be drawn
