Prize Determination
Provided a winning Entrant has provided satisfactory evidence of their Australian citizenship or residency status, and has otherwise complied with the requirements and requests for information by the Promoter (such information being at the Promoter’s discretion) (including but not limited to those specified below), the applicable prize will be awarded to that Winning Entrant via email or any other method as reasonably determined by the Promoter.

Prize package for two (2) people includes:
- Return flights from nearest capital city to New York = $3800-$7200 AUD
- 5 nights hotel accommodation, minimum 4 star = $3200 AUD
- AUD $500 spending money = $500 AUD
- Admission into RiseNY = $170 AUD

• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prize not available during USA or Australian Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 12th
December 2025 – 30th January 2026; Not valid 1st – 15th April 2026.
• Prize valid for twelve (12) months from notification of winning.
• Travel dates must be confirmed within fourty-five (45) days of notification.
• One winner must be over 18 years of age.
• All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Winner must provide bank details for EFT.

• Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.

• Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
• Winners and their guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
• If you are visiting USA for less than 90 days, you may be eligible for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and be able to enter under the Visa Waiver Program. If you are not eligible, you will require a visa. Each traveller, including children, must have their own ESTA and visa waiver, or visa.
Prize Terms and Conditions
1. If the Prize (or any parts of Prizes) is not fulfilled for any reason, then the Prize (and all parts of the Prize) shall be forfeited.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time before awarding the Prize (or any part of the Prize), to vary, postpone or cancel the Prize (or any part of the Prize), including, without limitation, where in the Promoter’s sole and reasonable opinion (subject to state or territory regulations):
a) a winning Entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions;
b) a winning Entrant does not satisfy the Promotion entry requirements; and/or
c) the Promoter cannot conduct this Promotion or offer the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) for any other reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
3. The total Prize value of the Promotion is: AUD $16,790.00 inc. GST
4. Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included.
5. The Prize must be taken as offered. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non- exchangeable for cash or services.
Prize claim date and time
1. The winners will be drawn in the presence of an independent scrutineer at random via a computerised random selection selected on 18 June 2025 at 12pm AEST at Suite 2.02, 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
The winning Entrants will be contacted by phone and email within two (2) days of the draw. The winner(s) first initial, last name and postcode will be published at

2. The Prize must be claimed by 2nd July 2025 at 12:00 pm AEST (Claim Period).
3. In the event that the winning Entrant does not claim their prize within the Claim Period, the Prize will be forfeited.
4. Provided a winning Entrant has provided evidence of their Australian citizenship or residency status, and has otherwise complied with the requirements and requests for information by the Promoter including but not limited to the below, the Prize will be provided to that Winning Entrant via email or any other means reasonably necessary as determined by the Promoter.
Second Chance Draw:
1. A second chance draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer (if required) at 1:00pm AEST 3rd July 2025 at Suite 2.02, 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 if the Prize is unclaimed (Second Chance Draw).
2. All Entrants (excluding the original winning entry) over the Entry Period will receive automatic entry into the Second Chance Draw.
3. The Second Chance Prize winner will be notified by phone and email on the day of the Second Chance Draw and will be published (winner(s) first initial, last name and postcode) on the website
