To be eligible to enter, Sister Club members must scan their Sister Club card
or log in to their account online and then purchase, in a single transaction, any
$50 purchase or more of participating brands: Vicks (excludes thermometers
and steamers), Metamucil, VÖOST, Oral-B, Pantene, Head & Shoulders,
Herbal Essences, Gillette, Gillette Venus, Olay, products from any Priceline
store or Priceline Pharmacy nationally (including Priceline online store) during
the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry
is invalid. Entry into this Promotion and the acceptance or receipt of a prize by
any person is deemed as acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Procter & Gamble Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 008 396 245) of
Level 4, 1 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, telephone: 1800 028
280 (the “Promoter”).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents that are Sister Club members aged
18 years or over.
4. Directors, officers and employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter, Priceline stores/pharmacies and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Promotion commences on 12:01am AEST 23/04/2025 and ends at 11:59pm
AEST on 21/05/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
6. To be eligible to enter, Sister Club members must scan their Sister Club card

the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
7. An Eligible Entrant may submit multiple entries during the Promotion Period
subject to compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of winning
entries only (including a winner’s identity, age and place of residence) and
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and
Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of
the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such an offender
9. Entrants must retain their Priceline purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof
of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for winning entries when
requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation
of the winning entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the winner.
11. The draw will take place at 2pm AEST on 2 June 2025 at Level 8, 637 Flinders
Street, Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria. Priceline will be conducting the draw
and the draw will be scrutinised by an independent person, unless an
exemption is granted by a regulatory authority. The winner(s) will be notified via
e-mail and telephone on Wednesday 6 June 2025. The winner(s) will have
fourteen (14) days from the above date to come forward to claim their prize,
during which period the Promoter and/or its agency shall make reasonable
attempts to make contact with the prize winner(s) during normal working hours
on normal business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
12. Priceline may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case
an invalid entry or ineligible participant is drawn. Priceline may also conduct
further draws in order to award any prize(s) unclaimed within the stipulated time
period.
13. The first valid entry drawn will win $30,000 AUD transferred by the Promoter
(or their agent) via EFT to the winner’s nominated bank account.
14. The next ten (10) valid entries drawn will win $1,000 AUD transferred by the
Promoter (or their agent) via EFT to the winners’ nominated bank account.
15. Original winners who do not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of being
notified as a winner will forfeit their right to the prize.
16. If a winner declines or forfeits a prize, whether expressly or at the decision of
the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions:
a. The declining or forfeiting winner will continue to be subject to the
provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and
b. Priceline will redraw on Tuesday 23 June 2025 at 3:00pm at Level
8, 637 Flinders Street, Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria. The
redraw will be scrutinised by an independent person, unless an
exemption is granted by a regulatory authority. The redrawn
winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the
unclaimed prize draw and will have fourteen (14) days after which
they are notified to come forward to claim their prize during which
period the Promoter and/or its agency shall make reasonable
attempts to make contact with the prize winner(s) during normal
working hours on normal business days (excluding Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays).
17. Winners (first initial(s), last name and state/postcode) will be published on
[https://www.priceline.com.au/competitions] from 6 June 2025. If applicable,
unclaimed prize winner(s) (first initial(s), last name and state/postcode) will be
published on [https://www.priceline.com.au/competitions] from 30 June 2025.
