1- The promoter is:
www.outwithaudrey.com.au (the 'Website').
2- The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of outwithaudrey.com.au and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3- There is no entry fee but a purchase is necessary while the Mothers Day Sale is on from the 8th May to 11th of May 2025 to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Multiple purchases will qualify for multiple entries.
6- There will be 1 prize and 1 winner only of a $1000 Out With Audrey gift card.
7- How to enter the competition:
Purchase any sum of items from our store
www.outwithaudrey.com.au to enter into the draw to win. The winner will be drawn at random. No need to provide receipts to claim.
8- The prize will be drawn the week following mothers day and announced on our Instagram and Facebook page.
9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
11- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
