How does someone enter the Promotion (the “Entry Method”)? During the Promotion Period, the Entrant must undertake the following steps:

An entrant can earn an additional five (5) entries into the competition if they complete the post-competition form submission survey.
The promotion commences at 9.00pm (AEDT) on 16 May 2025 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 25 May 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
How will the winner be chosen? The sole winner will be selected by the Promoter based on a random prize draw. The draws will be held at HSBC Bank Australia Limited, Level 36, One International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000.
The Entry Limit is one (1) entry per Entrant.
The Prize consists of four (4) x tickets to the HSBC Hexagon Suite to attend the 2025 Sydney Swans Round 12 game on Saturday May 31, 2025 against the Adelaide Crows at the Sydney Cricket Ground at 7.35pm.

The winners’ three (3) guests must all be over the age of 18 to attend the HSBC Hexagon Suite.
The prize does not include any form of accommodation or travel to and from the event to which the tickets or prize apply. Each prize winner will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel to and from the event to which the tickets apply. The prize only includes the prize description detailed in these conditions of entry.

What is the value of the Prize? (ex GST) $1,580 AUD
How are Prizes claimed? Respond to the Promoter’s email or phone call two (2) business days after being notified they have won.
How and when will the winner(s) be notified (the “Notification Method” and “Notification Date”)?
Winners will be contacted by Green Room Digital on behalf of HSBC Australia directly through email and/or phone. Winners will be contacted within one (1) business day after the random prize draw.
If the Promoter does not receive the Winner’s response via email or phone call within two (2) business days of notification, the Winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is entitled to a redraw to select an alternative prize winner.
