The Promoter is Bing Lee Electrics Pty Limited (ABN 61 000 733 488) of Level 1, 702 Woodville Road, Old Guildford, NSW, 2161.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize consists of 5 x $1000 Bing Lee Gift Cards (total prize pool: $5,000 Bing Lee Gift Cards).
Competition commences from 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on 29/05/2025 and closes at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on 30/06/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be substituted, modified, or redeemed for cash, credit, or an alternative product under any circumstances.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their Immediate Family) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, children, parent, brother or sister.
Limit 1 entry per purchase transaction.
To enter, Entrants must follow the steps outlined below during the Promotional Period:
Entrants must make a purchase at any Bing Lee retail store or online at
www.binglee.com.au between 29/05/2025 and 30/06/2025, and then complete the EOFY Giveaway Competition Entry Form at
www.binglee.com.au/articles/promotional-terms-and-conditions/redemptions/eofy-giveaway-redemption accurately and in full.
Participants must complete and submit the EOFY Giveaway Competition Entry Form no later than 06/07/25. Required information includes, but is not limited to, the entrant’s full name, docket number, email address, contact number and answers to all questions on the form.
Each valid entry will be individually judged on originality, creativity, and relevance to the competition question. This is a game of skill.
The Promoter will select the five most outstanding responses as prize winners, with each receiving a $1,000 Bing Lee Gift Card. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be selected on 17/07/2025 by the Promoter.
Winners will be announced on @bingleeofficial Instagram Stories and notified via email and/or phone.
Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Promoter’s Marketing Email Mailing List if the option is selected by the Entrant.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entry to the competition is conditional on providing this information.
