Terms and Conditions
“Frame the Light” – Vivid Sydney 2025 Competition
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian citizens and Permanent Residents currently residing in New South Wales (NSW) or Queensland (QLD).
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Frame Today and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period
The competition opens on 12:01am AEST on 2 June 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 15 June 2025.
No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
How to Enter
Entry is available via the Frame Today website or official social media promotions.
Entrants may be required to answer questions, complete a form, follow or post a comment or picture on Frame Today’s Facebook page and submit contact details in accordance with the entry instructions.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to participate.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Frame Today takes no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect, or late entries due to technical or human error.
Prize Details
Each winner will receive one (1) limited edition, professionally framed Vivid Sydney 2025 print.
Prints are signed and numbered by the artist, Daniel Tran.
A total 5 winners will be selected.
Each prize is valued at $1,995 (including printing, framing and presentation).
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Image displayed in marketing materials is a sample image, representative of final prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be drawn on 17 June 2025 via a computerised random selection process.
Winners will be notified by email provided at entry.
Winning names will be published on the Frame Today website at
www.frametoday.com.au/frame-the-light-vivid-sydney-2025.
Winning names will be posted on Frame Today’s Facebook page at
https://www.facebook.com/samedayframing If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, a replacement winner may be selected at Frame Today’s discretion.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Frame Today to use their name, posted comment and/or photo for promotional purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.
Prize Delivery
Delivery or collection will be arranged after 24 June 2025.
Prizes will be available for collection from any Frame Today store or delivered to any address in NSW or QLD by mutual agreement.
General Conditions
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Frame Today reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
Frame Today’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Frame Today’s Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting the winners.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be subscribed to Frame Today’s email mailing list to receive news, promotions, and offers. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email communication.
Entrants’ contact details may also be shared with the collaborating photographer, Daniel Tran, for promotional or marketing purposes related to the “Frame the Light” campaign. Daniel Tran will handle this information in accordance with his own privacy practices.
Social Media Participation
To be eligible to claim a prize, selected winners must be following @FrameToday on Facebook at the time of the draw.
Frame Today may request verification (such as a screenshot or public profile link) to confirm the entrant is following the official Frame Today Facebook page.
If a selected winner cannot verify their follow status within 5 business days, Frame Today reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternative winner.
