By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter:
The promoters of this giveaway are DISSH (ABN 31 098 188 580) with its registered address at 239 George Street, Brisbane 4000 and TIGMI (ABN 31 660 278 641) with its registered address at 13 Bayshore Dr, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia (collectively referred to as the "Promoters").
2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Promoters, their related bodies corporate, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway commences on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 (AEST) and closes on Sunday 20th June 2025 at 23:59 (AEST) (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will be deemed invalid.
4. How to Enter:
Follow both the official Instagram accounts of TIGMI (

Like the specific giveaway post on either the TIGMI or DISSH Instagram account that will be posted from Tuesday 3rd June 2025.
Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment tags a different friend.

Complete and submit the entry form with all required details (including their name, post code and email address).
5. Email Marketing Consent
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to subscribe to the email marketing lists of both TIGMI and DISSH. Entrants may receive promotional content, product updates, and other marketing communications from both brands. Participants can opt out or unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each email.
6. Prize:
The prize consists of:
One (1) Tigmi Nara Club Seat in Wheat, valued at $7500 (AUD).
One (1) DISSH Gift Card, valued at $3500 (AUD).
The total approximate retail value of the prize is $11,000 (AUD).
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by Wednesday 25th June 2025 at TIGMI Head Office, 13 Bayshore Dr, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia. The winner will be notified within 2 business days of the draw via:
Direct message on Instagram (if the entry was via Instagram).
Email to the address provided on the entry form (if the entry was via the TIGMI website).
The winner must respond to the notification within 3 business days of the date of notification, providing their full name, shipping address, and any other information requested by the Promoters.
If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a further random draw to award the prize to a new winner.
8. Prize Claim:
The Tigmi Nara Club Seat will be arranged for delivery to the winner's nominated Australian address within 21 days of the Promoters receiving the winner's details and confirming their eligibility. Delivery arrangements will be communicated with the winner.
The DISSH Gift Card will be sent to the winner via email within 7 days of the Promoters receiving the winner's details and confirming their eligibility.
The Promoters are not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during transit once it has been dispatched.
9. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the giveaway, including the use of their name, image, and potentially their suburb/state in promotional materials on the Promoters' social media channels and websites, without any further compensation.

11. General:
