1. PROMOTER DETAILS 

The Primary Promoter is Queensland Rugby League ("Promoter") (ABN 65 009 878 013) of 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD 4064 in partnership with Forget The Bet (State of Queensland acting through the Department of Justice) (ABN 13 846 673 994) of Locked Bag 180 City East QLD 4002. 
 
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

The promotional period for voting is open for 7 Days commencing at 9:00 AM AEST Thursday 26th June 2025 and ends at 9:00PM AEST Thursday 3rd July 2025 ("Promotional Period"). 

3. ELIGIBILITY 

3.1 Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand ("Eligible Entrants").
3.2 Employees, directors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agencies, contractors, and any entities involved in the administration of this competition are ineligible to enter.
3.3 Anyone who submits an entry goes into the random draw of the Prize. 

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS 

4.1 Entry is open the “Promotional Period” via the campaign voting link provided on Maroons social media and email platforms 
4.2 Entries must be made in the participant’s legal name. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 
4.3 Participants can vote once during the 7 day time period with the same email address. 

5. PRIZE DETAILS 

5.1 The Prize consists of four (4) Diamond Tickets to State of Origin Game III ("Prize")
5.2 The total Prize value is $309.00 AUD. 
5.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 The Prize will be distributed to the winner within 24 hours of being contacted by the promoter.
5.5 The Prize is strictly for tickets to the game and not inclusive of flights or accommodation.

 
6. DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION 

6.1 The draw will take place on Friday morning on 4th July 2025 at Queensland Rugby League, 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton, QLD, 4064.
6.2 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a computer-generated draw system.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone 
6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
6.5 The winner of any redraw will be notified by phone within 24 hours of the redraw.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including requiring proof of age, residency, and identity).
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

8. PRIVACY & DATA USE

8.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.
8.2 Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter but may opt out at any time.
