By entering the “Meriton Suites Global Gift Card Giveaway” (Competition) and in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these Conditions of Entry. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter of the competition is Meriton Property Services (ABN 69 511 281), trading as Meriton Suites of Level 11, 528 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. (Promoter).
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry into the Competition is open to all Meriton Suites email subscribers who complete a successful update of their profile preferences using the ‘Update My Preferences’ button via the ‘Your Chance to Win a $100 Gift Card’ email or any further emails displaying the ‘Update My Preferences’ button until the end of the competition date.
Employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter, any prize drawers and any related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are welcomed to join but will be ineligible to win
The Promoter may determine whether a person is an Eligible Entrant at its absolute discretion
COMPETITION PERIOD:
The Competition commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on 1st July 2025 and ends at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on 29th July 2025 (Competition Period). Winners will be notified on 31st July 2025.
Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and will not be eligible to win

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION
Prize:
There will be 10 different winners drawn who will each receive a:
1 x $100 AUD Global Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be valid for 2 years
A link to the prize will be sent directly to the winner’s email and it is their responsibility to download and follow the steps of the activation at their own accord.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited, replacement prize or other compensation will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize

All information that Eligible Entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Competition and contacting and verifying the winners. Entry is conditional on providing this information
