1. Promoter
The promoter is On Course Golf Pty Ltd ABN 80 007 021 598, located at:
Omnico Business Centre Monash
Suite 1, Building 26, 270 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Friday, 12 July 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday, 10 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. To be eligible, participants must:
Purchase any Odyssey putter from a participating On Course Golf member pro shop during the Promotion Period;
Obtain and retain a valid receipt as proof of purchase; and
Submit an entry via the online form, including uploading the receipt.
Purchases made from online retailers or non-participating stores are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
Purchase any Odyssey putter from a participating On Course Golf member pro shop during the Promotion Period;
Visit online and complete the entry form with their full name, email address, phone number, and upload a valid receipt.
Each valid purchase qualifies for one (1) entry.
Multiple entries are allowed if separate qualifying purchases and receipts are provided.
5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won, comprising:
One (1) Limited Edition Odyssey Happy Gilmore 2 Hockey Stick Putter – RRP $899.99 AUD;
One (1) Pack of Callaway Chrome Tour Truvis Happy Gilmore 2 Jersey Golf Balls – RRP $89.99 AUD.
Total prize pool: $989.98 AUD (including GST).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday, 12 August 2024 at the Promoter’s office.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days, and their name may be published on the Promoter’s website: oncoursegolf.com.au.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place on Monday, 26 August 2024 at the same location.
7. Conditions of Entry
Incomplete, illegible or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Proof of identity, age and residency may be required to claim the prize.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including full name, email address and phone number) for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and—where consent is provided—for future marketing communications from On Course Golf.
